I took it in to get it appraised at the Keystone location, just out of curiosity. He told me he didn't even know if it was gold, when they were the ones who made it. He then said it might have been worth about $100. I then took it in the this location and they told me it was worth about $50 if I wanted to pawn it or get money for it. They then sent me an appraisal and upped it. Their appraisals are high, their prices are high, but to redeem their own products is extremely low, and to me, unfair to the customer. If they can't pay even half of what they sell it to you for, then there is a problem.

We worked with Carrie. She was very nice and helped me pick out my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. Everything went extremely well until my ring needed to be sized. The ring could not be sized in time for the wedding so we had to use another ring for the actual ceremony. I was told my real ring in the correct size would be in in about 5-7 days. It is not 3 weeks later and I still don't have my ring. We've been told that it will arrive on Friday, but I'm not confident. Disappointing as otherwise the experience was great. What a poor way to end a relationship.

MY HUSBAND TOOK ME TO REIS NICHOLS FOR AN ANNIVERSARY SURPRISE. HE HAD PICKED OUT 2 WATCHES FOR ME TO LOOK AT. WHEN WE ARRIVED, DAVE CAME RIGHT TO US AND TOOK US OVER TO THE WATCH CASE. AFTER SHOWING ME THE WATCHES AND ANSWERING SEVERAL QUESTIONS, I CHOSE THE ONE I WANTED. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED THE WARRANTY, ETC. TO US ALSO. IN ADDITION, THEY CLEANED THE JEWELRY I ALREADY HAD ON.
