Everything went well, they were here on time, removed the old unit and installed the new one.

After Storms last week, the AC stopped cooling, we were going out of town for the weekend so he said just turn it off and to call him when we were back in town. Sunday night when we returned, I called and he arrived within 10 minutes assessed and found we were lighting victims. He offered sound advice on options and we decided to replace heat pump and inside coil with new unit, I scheduled the work for a Wednesday morning. Ray and Anthony arrived on schedule with everything they needed to do the work and had the job complete in a short amount of time exceeding my expectations. He even had to do some custom sheet metal fabrication needed for the new coil to fit properly.  The finished job looks like if were made at a factory. Throughout the time they were there, both Ray and Anthony displayed extreme professionalism and courtesy. They cleaned up very well after themselves and when they had finished, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Well Done Ray & Anthony!

We have been trying to get this work done on our home since January. We made called many times with no results. We were told that it was unsafe to get on the roof with the snow and ice. Agreed, but we have had beautiful weather since January that would have been perfect to get this work done. He finally showed up (months later) without calling to take measurements. After a few more months passed, he showed up again without calling or any warning to do the work. The work was done fine on July 28th but the level of communication was horrible. I don't think any customer should have to wait for this long to get things done. It is a good thing someone was home or he would have had an issue getting paid. He seemed like a fairly nice person but I would never use his company again for any reason.

We have called on Ray Co many times and they have never let us down. My parents use them whenever the systems are not working properly and it has been various things, frozen up in the summer, pilot light not lit in the winter becuase the wind blew the wrong way, you name it Ray Co gets the call from our family. My husband and I had a thermostat installed last year and talked to Ray Co about cost and options of what it will take when we will need to do a replacement. We have radiant boiler heat right now and then forced AC but both units are old as the house was built in 1950. Ray Co is up for the challenge of getting us a unit that is more economical and efficient for us in the end. They don't have high pressure sales tactics but will give you a price and tell you what all is accounted for in that price. It's up to you when you want to get it done. My parents as well as ourselves know that both houses will need to be done in the next few years and you better beleive we are going to be calling Jeremy and Ray to do get it done and done right for us.

Excellent, Our HVAC unit stopped cooling and we found the unit and quot;Froze Upand quot; with ice on the exterior and interior units. The company was very quick to respond after normal hours during a heat wave to assess the problem. They checked and determined that the refrigerant level was low and recharged the system which corrected the problem, but only for a few days.
When I contacted the owner, he returned my call within minutes and returned to the house within a couple of hours to continue troubleshooting and was able to find the root cause.. pinhole leaks in the underground refrigerant lines... I would never have thought about the underground copper lines to have corroded to the point that they would have holes, but after removal they were on borrowed time as the owner took time to show me their condition. This could have ended with costly replacement parts for the unit, but due to the companys skilled professional staff and the attention to detail, the root cause was found and corrected. This time however the lines were installed correctly inside an underground pipe so they are well protected and should never need to be replaced.

Ray quickly returned my phone call after one of my A/C units failed. Came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and resolved by recharging the freon in the unit.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. I received three estimates from three other companies, and this company beat those other prices. The technicans arrived on time. They were very friendly, professional, and cordial. It was raining that day, and the two technicians worked in the rain. They finished the job within the time-frame they told me it would take, and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. I took pictures afterwards because the work done was so great. They even included a honeywell thermostat for free. I won't use any other company for my air-conditioning needs. I'm so happy with their services and I would recommend them to others (and already have).

They did the original installation about 10 years ago and they came back to fix the A coil that sprung a leak. It took 2 weeks to get the order in the mail and he was able to get it covered under the warranty. They came out the same day the part came in, so there was no delay.

Ray is my guardian angel! We've used him for the past 4 years, he's replaced our air conditioner and now our furnace. He is the ONLY one (besides my brother in law in HVAC with a busy busy schedule) that we'll call for hvac services. His rates are so reasonable, he's honest and RELIABLE! Don't use anyone else!

Ray has been our heating/cooling expert for about 6 years and we have always been happy with his services and expertise. This time we called when our furnace failed to turn on (first time this year). He came and fixed it quickly for no charge. We're toasty warm now--he's a genius!

This was the most recent of many times we have used Ray Allen (for our own home as well as investment properties). He is honest and reliable. The quality of his work is excellent. He is always quick to respond, and he stays until the job is complete. He is an independent business owner--he and his son do all of the work. I highly recommend them for projects large or small.
