Kyle Johnson of this group, and her assistant Judy Sauder, were the listing agents on a property I purchased. Their communications were unprofessional and rude when they happened. More often than not, calls were not answered, text and emails were not returned. Judy Sauder was "professional" enough to yell at a representative from the title company I was working with to complete the transaction who was simply trying to gain information.  Kyle let me go to one closing and sign all paperwork and didn't respond to calls/emails as to whether she would attend or whether her client would have everything signed for the sale.  Weeks later, my title company ended up contacting the seller to try to get the information needed for closing, again Judy and Kyle were not responding to calls or emails. The deal finally closed all thanks to my title company.  The only time we got a response from these ladies was to pick up their commission check...

Don was highly professional and in tune with the local market in Franklin Township. His customer service skills were top of the line and he didn't apply any pressure in the process. He took the time to explain the process of buying a home in great deal for us since this was our first one. At time of closing, he stepped up and help solve some challenges we were facing on the mortgage side of things which insured we closed on time. He was great to work with an I would highly recommend others give him a call as well.

Barry's integrity is unmatched. He is responsive, returning calls quickly. He is knowledgeable about the metro market in general and also recognizes qualities in individual properties that might make them easier to sell or buy. He provides very good real estate service. His commission was on the high end, but he's willing to work hard for it.

He knows his business and is a very honest person.
