The price includes automation. They did good work. Everything was installed correctly. It was a door to door thing and they came to me.

The two men showed up early, which I like. They asked me questions about the home and where we should place all the installations. They were very nice and professional. The total installation took 90 minutes. $99.00 activation fee and the first month of payment of $69.99.

He a noted that another company had installed equipment, but it was there equipment. The people who owned the house previously was a member of Protection 1. The service has been good, but Adam mentioned that the equipment was from another company. We felt like he may have just been trying to push extra equipment on you. He wanted three years, and I told him that we wouldn't be interested in that duration.

If I had to recommend them to a friend or family friend, I would tell them that I am satisfied with their service, and that they should go ahead and use it. I don’t know who to compare their price to.

The guy that came, Adam, was extremely nice. Also, the guy that sold it to us as well was very upfront, which was great. They were reasonable and did not pressure us. I felt like both people were on the ball and knew what they were doing.

Everything was done in a professional manner. The estimate process was efficient and helpful. This individual answered our questions. The install process took most of the day and went well. There were a couple of technical issues during the install but the individuals installing the system handled them without an issue.

We have had the service for nearly a year, and have had a few calls due to a bad motion sensor. They were also very prompt at calling us (within seconds when I forgot the code...). We are very happy with them. They are one of the few alarm companies that doesn't require you to sign a long-term agreement or require automatic withdrawals from your checking account. I appreciate both aspects very much! Highly recommend them!

I compared services and prices with 8 different companies with "A's" on Angie's List. This company was not only competitive in pricing (although truthfully a little more than one of the competitors), they were professional, not-pushy, and knowledgeable. The salesperson, Gray, was engaging, experienced and quite refreshing compared to the typical pushy sales approach I had encounter with other companies. Installation was schedule for two days after signing the contract and it went smoothly. The person they sent out was a subcontractor which I had reservations about, but he was very skilled and conscientious in delivering quality during the installation.

Mark French's initial estimate was very competative. I added two glass breaks a fire alarm and water bug and feel I have all the bases covered. Mark was very courteous and the tech was very punctual and installed a very clean system.

It was a great experience. Their salesman - Gray - was very knowledgeable about their products, was very professional, and very fair. He was in no way pushy or pressure oriented. The installation went very well also. They had two guys show up - Joe and Jeff - and they were done in a few hours. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they did a very thorough job of explaining the system to us.

The estimate changed more than once, and that sort of set our guard off. Then he finally came up with the same figure that he had the first time. So we didn't sign anything until all the components were down in writing at which point we felt better about working with them. The installation was pain free and completed the project in one day. I am happy with how everything turned out. We set the alarm off a couple times accidentally and received a phone call immediately, so we feel comfortable with the service.

Very good. We had gotten price quotes from several alarm companies. The monthly alarm monitoring costs are $35. Protection One's installation costs and monitoring fees are not the least expensive and not at the too pend... pretty much in the middle. They do have a better customer service reputation and out of all the firms we met with, we liked their product offerings best. The installation work was professional. Both sales and the installation team were punctual.

They always promptly call each time we accidentally set the alarm off. They also came out and replaced the cell phone back-up line with a digital line when it was necessary without charge. We did have to extend our contract, but that was not a problem.

There was confusion the 1st time he came out so he came out again. He gave me everything I wanted. The tech did a very, very good job. He cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied with the agent and the tech.

I could not have been happier with the service I received, from scheduling, to the estimate, to the installation. My system is working great; I got exactly what I wanted, with very little money and effort. The level of service was so good, I almost didn't believe it! My experience with this company makes me believe again that a high level of service can still occur in a world which doesn't seem to care about customer service anymore.

I could not be more pleased with my system & the installation process. My installation was a fairly easy one & it took 10 hours. The installer, Joe, did an amazing job & made everything look phenomenal. You wouldn't even know he had installed an alarm system, everything is that neat & tidy. Joe only stopped for lunch because we made him do so, otherwise he would have kept working all day. He was friendly, professional, & very talented at his job. I can't say enough good things about him. The alarm salesman, Gray, was also great to work with. He was very straightforward with me, & told me what I did & did not need. When I asked him about some equipment that I had heard of, he said that while I could buy it, it wouldn't be worth the expense. I felt like he honestly wanted me to get the best deal for my money & wasn't interested in selling me what I didn't need, & I appreciate that tremendously. Protection One gets high marks all around.
