Home Building
In January 2007, my wife and I were looking to down-size from a larger two-story home. We had been looking at various condominiums but found nothing that we liked. Seeing the Watercolors site and having heard from our daughter and her husband that they had looked at these condominium's, we decided to check them out. We visited one Sunday afternoon and were immediately impressed, both by the sales person and by the available designs. On that day, we made the decision to buy a unit at Watercolors
We selected a design and options and signed a contract. We chose a unit facing the main pond with lighted fountain. The unit was completed in May of that year. Having been employed during summers by a general contractor while I was in college, I followed the construction process closely. I was pleased by the high quality work. I arranged to photograph all the framing so that I knew where wires, plumbing and heating systems passed through the ceilings and walls.
When the unit was finished, there were only two minor fixes necessary. The construction supervisor, Mr. Fraker, is an asset to the builder's operation. He is pleasant to work with and quite competent.
While the Home Owners Association has had some issues with Property Group One about timiing of payments on non-occupied units, to my knowledge, homeowners have been happy with Property Group One's operation.
I would recommend Property Group One and their product.
