Family owned & operated. We are Indianapolis's premier high quality lawn and landscaping service. We handle anything from small 1/4 acre properties to large estates and commercial properties. We are as reliable as death and taxes and are always professional and in uniform. We also do not require contracts. We only use annual agreements that can be terminated at any time but just lay out in writing what you authorize just so there's never any confusion with pricing or what we are supposed to do. Last year we were voted the Best Lawn Service in the Greater Indianapolis Area by WRTV-6's A-List. We offer all services to the North and South Side of Indianapolis area and landscaping, aeration, and other higher priced services to the Greater Indianapolis Area.

They require my email and mobile number to send text messages and newsletters. they won't give estimates unless I give them my cellphone number and email address. I was interested to get an estimate first, then I would be happy to provide my email and cellphone if I hire them, but not before. It made me very very suspicious for companies that demand this information before they get hired. My mailbox is full of garbage mails already, and all I ask for was an estimate, and this company won't give an estimate unless they get my email and cellphone number. There is definitely something wrong with this company, and prejudice to people that doesn't have computers or cellphone. People should know that if you don't have a cellphone or a computer don't bother to contacting this company.

Was looking for a reasonably priced company to mow my lawn for the rest of the season. Called a few companies and Precision was the only company that not only called me back but within the same day. The individual I spoke to, Caleb, was professional, kind and prompt. Precision was able to come out the following day of me contacting them and mow my lawn. Happy with results and experience.

General mowing. He comes out when I call him every couple weeks. I pay $25 a month. He does a lot of weed wacking. Clean up is good.

They trimmed shrubs, did landscape cleanup, and added mulch. They are coming back to add some plants they ordered.

They did a great job. They do a good job. The price is good. One time I called because the backyard wasn't cut to suit me. Only one time and they were out within an hour and checked it out and made a note. They do an excellent job and blow off and everything. They come once a week, there's no set time. They just come out whenever I don't call them, they know what needs to be done.

They did come. They picked up most of the leaves around the property that were easy to get to, but left several areas untouched, (especially around the AC units and shrubbery, around a mini barn storage building, etc.) then sent me a bill for $750.00. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. I am almost certain I could have hired six day-laborers and bought them all rakes to get a better outcome than this crew - I don't say that to be condescending, but I really believe that for the same money or less, I could have a better outcome. We won't be asking them back for anything again. The only highlight of the entire experience was the learning opportunity. Next time, I won't rely on Comments sections and website blather. I will do better research.

i have some rather large trees in my yard. way to many to try and rake and bag up. i moved them all to the curb and spoke with jason about leaf removal service. he had a fair rate and got the job done no problem. i plan on using them next year as well.

While I'm overly pretty satisfied with the company there were a few instances where they weren't just careful.They were just weed whacking and because of that I asked them not weed whack my backyard anymore because there were a few items that were damaged and that would be my only grudge with this company. They actually do a pretty good job cutting the grass and communication with them is fantastic. I could call them, email them and they get back to you like very quickly. What stood out with them is the communication with them is excellent, the price is very reasonable and they are willing to work with you. They did additional training to their people to improve the way they were doing the weed whacking. Almost everything about them is fine.

I prepaid for everything, Each element needed doing at least twice and a few remain incomplete. Two weeks after mulch was installed, weeds abound. I am disappointed and unhappy. I will not recommend this outfit to anyone.

Precision Cut Lawn Service have mastered a very basic idea. Do a great job and treat people fairly, and customers will return. And a great job they do! Hired them to care for my lawn while on vacation. They did such a fantastic job, Kept them on permanently. Happened to be home when their crew showed up to mow. Got a chance to meet them. Crew was very friendly and took the time to talk to me for a few minutes before off to the next job. I'm in desperate need of some landscaping work.. I know exactly who I'm going to call when I'm ready.

Our yard looks amazing. it was a huge project. We have a big yard, and every bush, tree, flower and plant needed to be trimmed and shaped. We had a ton of weeds in our landscaping that needed to be removed and lots of rock brought in to make a landscape look beautiful. it took 4 guys two days in the 90 degree weather. We brought them bottled water and red bull just to be nice, because they were doing an amazing job. Eric the crew leader, was very helpful and understanding. We did a walkthrough before the project started to make sure we were on the same page.
Since our landscape remodel, guests at our house have loved the way our yard looks. My wife and I absolutely love sitting outside and looking at the beautiful scenery.

This was my first time using them for landscaping and it was perfect. Not to mention, i am very OCD and after they left i went around the yard to see if they skipped anything. I found nothing. :)

I love what they are doing. I have continued with them. We had a couple of issues early on about blowing everything off, but they have taken care of that and they are doing a great job. They were not blowing out the entire sidewalk and deck. They were just doing the driveway. I called three times and they came back and fixed it. They got it right now.

The planters they were to dig up, one they couldn't even dig up. Then with the mulching, they just mulched over top of the grass, they also left the leaves. They didn't do everything that they were hired to do, but they billed me for everything. They were very unprofessional. It was very shocking! Looks like you leased your yard to a bunch of kids that didn't know how to do lawn care!

This was a disappointing experience. After another group promised to rake our leaves and did not get it done, we were pretty desperate in early December to get them removed. So we bought a Big Deal for $220 for 4 hours of yard work. It took several days for Precision to get in touch, and even then they weren't able to schedule it but said they would call me. They also said there would be a $50 leaf disposal fee, which was not described in the Big Deal fine print. They never did call me to schedule but just showed up one day, unannounced, and removed some of the leaves from our yard. I am unhappy about this for several reasons: (1) they did not remove the leaves behind our garage, and I had to tell them to come back for those; (2) We live in a high-crime area, and I don't like anyone at our house if I don't know about it; (3) I highly doubt I got 4 hours of work, which I paid for through the Big Deal. We had already raked the leaves into piles; and (4) I think it was nervy of them to bill me the $50 leaf disposal fee given their poor performance, but they did! All in all, it was a disappointing experience, as most Angie's List deals are.

"I responded to your big deal the same day you submitted. I added you to the schedule that day as well. Our schedule during the fall gets backed up 3-4 weeks sometimes with the volume of customers and the weather. When we talked on the phone I said I would try to give you a heads up when we are coming out, but I sometimes don't get around to it. In the fine print it does say that a waste fee is not in the price and there can be additional fees. So you simply did not read the section in big writing that says The Fine Print. The one minor mistake the crew made, was not getting behind your fence. You called me that night to let me know and I added you to the list the very next day in the morning. I know thats just a horrible response time of less than 24 hours..... We made a small mistake and had it taken care of the next day. You had also called to let me know that when you came home at night the yard did not look cleared of leaves, but proceeded to call me the next day when it was daylight and tell me it was great and your husband told you when you came home the night before that we did a good job and simply missed behind the fence. 1) We made a small mistake that was fixed in less than 24 hours. 2) You signed up for leaf removal and I gave a window of dates that we could be there it just depended on weather. 3) We did the work you ask us to do in 4 hours or less. Since you went through Angies List because you want a "Deal" you got a fixed price. If you would have gone through our Website you would have gotten a flexible rate based on time at the job. 4) Yep the nerve of a company charging a fee that was described before you purchased the service, we must be only in business to steal your money. Customers like this use Angies List to get a cheap price and then hold a bad review over your head if you don't meet their wild expectations. We do quality work for a fair price hence our 56 As 2Cs and 4 Ds. I wish Angies List would let us give reviews of customers so that we can warn our fellow companies out there away from people like this. In that world you would sign up for a Deal and I could refuse to do it based on your bad reviews or charge you more to put up with your slander."

We used this company for our lawn care all summer and were pretty satisfied with them. This fall however, we have had them do our leaf removal twice (as well as curbside pick up once) and we have been disappointed both times with the quality of the job. I don't think that what they charge is so outrageous and although they have removed large quantities of leaves from our property, they have left our yard a mess with leaves in the bushes and all over the yard and mulch strewed about each time. The first time we complained, they came out, agreed and did it again although still leaving lots of leaves behind again and then this last time they just did such a bad job again that we decided it wasn't worth it to complain. In addition, I requested almost two weeks out to have it done a day or two before Thanksgiving but they came first thing Monday morning -- not a big deal but with so much other dissatisfaction, it stood out. I guess the timing was best as it is giving us time to get some clean up done that we expected them to complete. Essentially,while the price was at a professional level, the quality of the work was not.
