Great! no issues

Last week, they sent me a test result without any additional information. I added ph Down chemicals based on the result. The next day, they sent me a bill without any information about what was added but just the price of the chemical. I found a ph down chemical next to the pool pump, so found out I applied too much ph down. I requested not to put any chemicals especially if they are not telling me which one was added. The sales representative forwarded my email to the person who is in charge of maintenance service, who ignored my email and I didn't get any response. This week, they came again and added exactly same ph down chemical and charged me for that again. This time, at least they told me that was ph down but I already have my own chemicals plus the left over from the last week they automatically charged. My chemicals are under the deck next to the pool and anyone can see it easily and never had any problems with finding those by my other maintenance people. Even if they could not find it, they should have known that they have sold me 8 lbs bottle (without telling me) and used only 2.5lbs last week and there must be 5.5 lbs left but didn't even check with me and automatically opened another 8lbs bottle and used only 2.5 again and charged me again. I called them, of course it went to the voice mail (it always does at least when I call them). Left a voice mail with my number. I sent another email to the sales rep and service person. Asked explanation and requested not to put any chemicals and automatically charge me if they don't know where I keep those. No response at all. No call or email back to me even though I warned them I will leave review of what happened to me. Very frustrated with their service and customer service is not helpful at all.

We have been working with them for over 20 years now. Replaced our pool liner several times. We've purchased our chemicals thru them. Very pleased.

They usually come once a week on Tuesday and they usually tell you what your service is going to be. The year before they put in a pool filter for me. The old company I had just put sand in the old filter and it wasn't working right plus they didn't drain out the dirty water from out of the pool. When Pools of Fun came out last year the first thing they did was drain the dirty water out of my pool and told my I needed a new filter system an I had shut off valves put in to update my pool system. I pay $300 a month or $75 a week for them to vacuum and sweep the pool.

It went very well. Was able to do the entire job in one day, from draining the pool to filling it back up. We love the new liner our pool looks brand new and it is 19 years old! Kyle, the sales person was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions as we are new pool owners. I felt informed in each step of the process. We have always used pools of fun, and we will keep going to them for any pool needs in the future.

The service out well and we are very satisfied. They provided the work quickly.

They are extremely professional and punctual and established a set a day for cleaning. They have kept to that schedule even when our cleaning day fell on the July 4th holiday. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I was initially skeptical as they are paid for their services up front - but they deliver!

We didn't really do much. They were great. They came out, looked around, talked to us a little about pools, and gave us the estimate. That was the only quote I got. I wanted it to be free and it wasn't free, so I didn't like it. I would call them again in the future.
