PLC Asphalt Paving & Excavating

They took the dirt out and he put some dirt around some trees and put gravel clear across my driveway. I asked him how much gravel there was on the truck and he said he didn't know. He didn't produce a contract just said that .80 a foot. That day it started to rain and I wanted it packed down and he said they were going to roll it. I prefer number 53 gravel but he said that he didn't care for 53 and that his gravel would pack perfectly. Well later that day I left to run some errands and when I returned it was left completely unfinished. I couldn't get an answer on Friday so I called Monday. He said he would be out the next available day to finish rolling because he needed to finish rolling it and hauling the other loads down to the back of the yard. He hasn't showed up and there are places that are soft, unrolled and there are tire tracks in my yard. I am still waiting for him to come back out to finish the job and I'm starting to get the feeling that this is a scam. It was a hurry up job and I was put in a position to make a hasty decision. I'm not sure how much rock is there because they couldn't tell me and the only thing they did to measure was to use a rolling measure wheel to run across the gravel. I have paid in full and now I'm waiting for him to finish my drive! Another thing
