Fence Install or Repair
It was great working with Andy from Peerless Fence Group. The company responded to our request promptly, and Andy was very professional and knowledgeable concerning our fencing project. He educated us on the best fencing options for our project and provided estimates promptly. Andy completed the work just as described, and we are very satisfied with the services provided and look forward to working with Andy and Peerless Fence Group again. I highly recommend Peerless Fence Group for your commercial and residential fencing needs.

Fence products were great—problem was they installed in the rain and we’re in a hurry, that ment shoots work dirt left piled up at bottom of fence they said “ I didn’t pay for removal of the dirt”, they (office personnel—Kerry-) I would of paid that second I have concrete/cement on my fence that I have been trying to remove no luck—I have called office a number of times and left messages and still no reply—they take your money but don’t take responsibility. My neighbors post on our neighborhood site about needing someone to install fencing and I tell them stay away from Imperial—very disappointed with them and will let Home Depot know today since I went through them for the job. I have given Imperial enough time to contact me about this issue (6 weeks) I’m done..

Overall I was pleased with Imperial Fence Company. I was really pleased that Imperial would take on such a small job, and obviously they can tackle much larger jobs than mine. I did call another company and the other company charged a minimum of $550 for any small job. Imperial had to come out a couples of times to confirm measurements. One double gate entrance was on a slope, so that was a minor complication. On the day of install, they were prompt and timely. The crew cleaned up relatively well. I am happy with each double gated entrance and its performance. I am really, really pleased with Imperial's office staff. The install was done during the late winter months, and weather is problematic. We worked together and re-scheduled once or twice. They have a contractor that they refer work to for some clearing or grade work. His name was Paul Cook. He and his crew did a really nice job at a reasonable price. Mr. Cook is not a subcontractor to Imperial, but Imperial can make referrals. Overall, I am pleased with the work and the price and the professionalism. I would recommend that if you have a small job, be patient. There isn't a lot of profit in these small jobs. When a contractor is willing to take a small job, and they don't try to upsale you, then you probably have a pretty good contractor. If you have a small job, I recommend that that is when you contact Imperial or any small contractor in the late fall and late winter/early spring. This is before their main bread and butter work begins. You get better quality, less rushed work, and more workable schedules. I hope this helps. It was nice to work with this company.

I told them it was crooked. It wasn't straight up and down. The owner came out and and wanted to take it down and reuse the boards and I made them give me new boards. They were not happy but the two young boys that put it up wrong shouldn't have been doing it unsupervised.

The fence has held up very well, the wood they used said nothing would eat on it. It still looks good, the quality is there.

The initial contact with very easy and I received a prompt return call to schedule my estimate.  Mike Merrick, the estimator, called 30 minutes before arriving to ensure that I would be there to review the areas that I wanted addressed.  When Mike arrived, we reviewed all the areas of the fence that needed to be repaired.  Mike was very patient with me and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do to fix each problem.  I approved the estimate and the work was scheduled.  A team of 3 arrived at my residence at the agreed upon time to perform the repairs.  The workers were very polite and went the "extra mile" to ensure that the chain link fence was done to my full satisfaction.  They workers completed the repairs and we were able to review the work performed with them; but since it was too dark to fully review the repairs, they informed us to inspect the fence in the morning and call them back with anything that we found.  In the morning we found 2 small areas that we had missed the night before and called Joe Merrick as instructed.  He was very understanding and eager to come back and address our concerns.  When they came back, we showed them the areas that we had found and they completely agreed that these needed to be fixed.  These areas were fixed that day.

Overall, Imperial Fence went above and beyond our expectations for our fence repair project.  They spent the extra time to do the job right and not simply put in a quick fix.  One example of this is where they replaced an entire section of the fence instead of trying to weave in replacement wires.  They also re-stretched the fence where it was a little loose and tightened all the brackets on the fence to ensure that the fence was repaired to the best of their abilities.  Another note is that Imperial Fence did not charge anything extra for these unplanned fixes and performed all the work with a positive "can do" attitude.  As a matter of fact, my neighbor on the back side of my property saw the great work that Imperial Fence was doing and they did a quote from their fence also that same day!

I would highly recommend Imperial Fence for any fence repairs that you are considering!  Their "Can Do" attitude and workmanship are a rare find in today's marketplace!

I was very anxious to get my fence fixed.  It had developed a few large holes in the bottom of the fencing over the years, which I knew of when I bought the property.  It was never really a problem since my dog isn't really interested in straying far from home ever.  That is until I started fostering.  My foster dogs would take any opportunity to wander freely (even crossing busy streets in front of cars during rush hour!).  Imperial had installed the fence for the previous owner, so I called them up to have them quote repairs.  They informed me when I called that no one would be able to do an assessment until the following week, which was fine with me. A day or two after they had told me they would be able to assess the damaged fence, I was provided with a two option quote for services.  $650 to patch and repair the multiple spots that were damaged (and trust me there are many), or $895 for replacing the entire chainlink including the tension wire at the bottom (that prevents my dogs from pushing up under the fence, yay!).  Either option had a $50 cash payment discount, which I took advantage of.  I opted to have them replace the entire fence since it was so damaged.  They were even able to schedule me on a Sunday, which worked amazingly for my tight work schedule!  The guys called on their way, introduced themselves, and kept me informed the entire time they were there.  They even took the time to touch up the paint on some parts of my posts.  I am very pleased with their work and have already recommended them to a friend looking for a company to do their fence.  Best part is...no more runaway dogs!

I called in February for an estimate and a company representative came out a few days later to give me a cost for tearing out the old fence and replacing it.  After talking to several companies, I went with Imperial as they were professional and seemed to have a good quality product.  Work was scheduled for the end of March.  The crew arrived on the scheduled day and quickly tore down the old fence and set the posts on the new fence.  They came back 2 days later once the posts had set to finish the fence.  Both days the crew was professional, polite, and worked hard all day.  The fence is done and looks great and is sturdy and well constructed.  I would use this company again.

I had contacted Kand M to install fencing on my property and a price was negotiated. K and M then sub-contracted the work out to Imperial Fence. Imperial was punctual, professional, and did a great job in a timely manner. Though the job was a small one, they treated us with the same professional courtesy that larger jobs receive. Thank you, Imperial Fence.

They installed the fence 3 weeks earlier that they had told us. The fence post had to set for two days, and due to weather they came back 3 days later and put up the fence. Work was done very well and the fence looks great, had several neighbors tell us how much they like the looks of the fence. Installers were polite and took their time with the labor and did not seem to be hurrying to finish so they could get to another job. I would strongly recommend Glidden Fence.

Despite all the rain this summer, when the date was scheduled is was performed on that date. The crew was exceptional and worked very hard with great detail to doing the job right. With around 300' of fence it was done in one day with a little overtime. Very happy with my experience.

Our homeowner association, Smith Meadows in Zionsville, needed to replace an aging fence that was an eyesore. We got quotes from three fence companies. The other two wanted $57K for a different brand of commercial aluminium fence, and even more for a steel fence. We needed a low-maintenance fence and it had to be commercial grade. One other fence company bid us on a residential grade fence to try to get our cost down, but that would have been too lightweight for this application. This fence has very beefy 2 1/2and quot; square posts.
Imperial's ratings weren't as high as others on Angie's List, but we took a chance with them. Things they did that provided excellent customer service:
1-someone drove all the way from Greenwood to Zionsville to bring me some color brochures in time for my HOA board meeting.
2-They allowed me to pick up a variety of fence samples and keep them on my porch for a few weeks so the neighbors could inspect them. They were very generous with lending me samples.
3-A representative attended our homeowner association meeting to answer questions from the neighbors about our fence project.
The only place they fell a little short was on communication. Sometimes e-mails would go unanswered for days. Calls were returned, but not as promptly as with some of the other fence companies.
On the day they were supposed to rip out the old fence, they did not show up , and when I phoned them, they said they'd been delayed on the last job due to weather, They apologized for not having called me.
They did come a couple days later to remove the old fence, waited a few weeks while we replaced some trees, and then installed the new fence promptly and well. They followed up with us afterward well. We detected one slight bend in a single picket, and they came out and replaced it promptly. The neighbors are happy with our better-looking, low maintenance fence.

This is the second time I have used Imperial Fence. Both times they were amazing. We purchased our current house in February and started working with the HOA to have a fence approved. Imperial provided several estimates to meet the need of the HOA who refused to allow chain link and required metal fencing. Our fence had to be special ordered due to our small dogs and Imperial worked to deliver exactly what we needed.
Imperial bent over backwards once we were approved to get us scheduled and have the fence installed. They were professional, accurate with the price estimate, efficient in installing the fence, and it is absolutely lovely.

The installation went fine. It's the follow up service I am upset with. I have called four times and left a message for someone to take a look at the gate. There are gaps in the gate which my dogs can get through. I also can't get the pole in the ground that is supposed to hold both gates together. There is also a broken post which I have asked to be replaced. To date.....no return phone calls. Unless it's a new fence you want they don't seem to be interested.
