Because of these positive character traits, his readers and listeners tend not to be as hesitant about asking about procedures and technological issues they might ordinarily feel too embarrassed to verbalize . . . priceless!!!

For Christmas, we bought two gift certificates for 2 hrs (each) of computer training/assistance for one of our sets of parents. Patric traveled to their home on two separate occasions and went over some general computer and digital photography issues that they were having. They were thrilled with Patric's service on both occasions. They found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They are considering hiring him again for some additional training over the summer. They told us that they would very much like to recommend his services. We're hoping to get a blurb from them as their experience was firsthand, but wanted to at least get this posted as a credit to his work.

He is very knowledgeable and breaks everything down in layman's terms to easily understood. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a better understanding of electronic devise in the home.
