Louis inspected a home we are planning to purchase. He was wonderful. He spent time answering all our questions and performed a very thorough inspection of the home. He also suggested that we check into the septic system records from the county, which was a great idea. We uncovered some issues that might impact the purchase of the home. We would never have thought of this had he not suggested it. He was very patient with our questions, even though it threatened to make him late. He was very good about explaining his results. I would STRONGLY recommend Louis and, if I ever need an inspection again, New Start will be my first call.

Louie did a very thorough job inspecting a house I'm hoping to buy. He made sure I understood all his notes, which was very important as a first time home buyer. He was able to point out things I never would have noticed. I was provided with a very in depth report with photos that was easy to send to my realtor. I would definitely recommend him for house inspections.

I can honestly say that I would recommend Louis to anyone and everyone! This is the 2nd home inspection that he has done for us this month. The first house he inspected for us had some MAJOR issues that he brought to light for us and saved us potentially thousands of dollars. We had no qualms about backing out of our deal on that house even after paying the inspection fee because of the money that the inspection saved us potentially. On both inspections we were present, and Louis answered every question we asked. While we may not be super experienced in some home repair, he took the time to explain to us how certain things could have been caused, and how to go about taking care of the problem and the importance of each issue. He was very patient and very professional. I even called him 10 minutes after we finished our 2nd inspection because I had forgot to ask a couple of things about the furnace and he called me back within 10 minutes to answer any other questions I had. If you are wanting a very reasonable price and a home inspector who will take the time to explain to you what is going on with a home before you buy, then this is your go to guy. Not once did I feel that my questions were annoying or I was asking too many, or felt like I was an idiot for not knowing what to look for or how to go about getting something fixed. If you are looking for an honest, straight-forward, fair and detailed home inspector, you don't need to look any further. This guy is in it. We had our inspection done this afternoon, and will have the report emailed to us tonight! So for the price, you can't go wrong. I would recommend New Start Inspections Corp. to any member of my family or friends. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. I promise you will not regret it.
