General Remodeling
Purchased a home from Honey Kaur (realtor) who is a listed incorporator of this business. The other owner of this business is a registered *** offender (Santam Singh Thind, registration #1585855 for child solicitation). The house was a complete flip/remodel located in center township of Indianapolis. The entire plumbing/sewer system was non-functional the day we moved in (and cost $20,000 to fix). Now, we are finding out they installed the HVAC incorrectly and we will have to get a whole new furnace and likely central air conditioner after being in the house for 2 months.
