I had never been to the shop before, a friend had posted it on Facebook. I called for an appointment and they were able to accommodate my needs. I have been trying to get my hair cut a certain way and have tried two other salons to try and get it and went to them three times to give them the chance to work into it. At Natural Concepts they stylist got the style the first time and got the color right. I have been doing my own color but get tired of it and have had it done at salons a couple of times but they always get it to dark and it doesn't look natural. The owners both introduced themselves and one checked on the stylist several times confirming her color choice and being sure I was pleased with the cut. They seem to have good communication, it wasn't like he didn't trust her. It was a good and friendly atmosphere, clean and comfortable salon/spa. Good products make my hair feel good, I am happy and will be going back.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in that weekend. Amanda completed a partial foil highlight and a cut ; color was great and cut was the best I had had in months! She found the right color blonde to add into my dark winter color to give my hair the right punch of spring/summer. I booked a return appointment before I left.

Have been going to this salon for a couple of years, my regular hair dresser left, I have continued to see different stylist, most of the time it goes well this last time the customer service was awful, this was only the second time I had seen this stylist she didn't even ask me how I wanted it cut, pretty much did her own thing. As I was leaving no one ask if I want to schedule another appointment nothing, they were in a big hurry to get back to sitting at the "coffee area" and talking with each other than they were with me. Very disappointed has customer service continues to go down hill. Looking for a new salon.

I was more than pleased! Jamie was my stylist and she was awesome! She was knowledgeable about products and had some really good suggestions about my cut and color. The salon was pleasant and easy to find. I felt the prices for the services offered are reasonable. I will continue to use this business as my day spa and Jamie as my stylist.

I had just finished 5wks of physical therapy for back and arm pain and was still having problems. I made an appt with Kelly hoping a massage would do something. She spent an entire hour on my back and the next day I was sore but I am doing SO MUCH BETTER I can't believe it!! I had just been to my doctor and she told me my back was out of align and wanted to refer me to a chiropractor but my insurance would not cover that. I already had this appt for my massage thinking I would be better after 5wks of pt. I was hesitate to get a massage because I was in so much pain but also was at the point at not knowing what to do. I do have a new appt with a new physical therapy place but will keep going to Kelly for these massages. She really knew what she was doing and I do trust her. I am going back in a week for another back massage. She told me I was about 80% and to come back in 2wks. She was very professional. I would recommend her highly.

While waiting for the beautician a short time, I received a complimentary scalp and shoulder from the owner. What a treat for the price!

Jim is amazing! I love the service I get from the salon, no matter who I see. They are absolutely phenomenal!

Everything went great. The salon is very professional and offers you a drink and sometimes a snack. I don't usually wait more than 10 minutes for a service, which I feel is pretty normal.

I love this spa! It's very down to earth and the staff is very friendly. I've never had trouble getting an appointment either. Plus, their products are just wonderful. My skin breaks out easily but they do a good job of matching me up with products that don't bother me.

THE MASSAGE WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I HAVE NEVER HAD A MASSAGE THAT MADE MY KNEES WOBBLY BEFORE, BUT THIS THERAPIST GOT ALL THE TENSION AND KNOTS OUT. I WAS SO RELAXED AFTER, I ALMOST FELL ASLEEP AS I WAS PAYING THE BILL.
