They were late. Crew was a little rough. Used lots of bad language

Initially it was not good. We purchased a group-on back in October for basically 6 man hours of work for $200. When we started contacting them and saying we got to get this scheduled and there was an issue with timeliness of call back and they were a little bit negligent. We called a couple times and haven't heard anything back. Going into the spring I re-contacted them and I even basically thought they were overwhelmed with my response and they weren't equipped to actually handle it. Once they came to do the work the work that they did was good. they did everything that we discussed so the biggest problem was the initial response and the timeliness. Everything else was absolutely fine. From the group on standpoint the price was very good. When they came back to do the initial work I thought that was high.
