MORNING GLORIES

Kris took into consideration our families needs. Her ideas were amazingly creative and at the same time she was very much attuned to our budget. She gave suggestions about how to use much of the furniture we had which saved us lots of money. Kris help us identify what we liked and felt comfortable with purchasing. She accompanied me shopping a couple of times. She also did internet searches and gave suggestions about where to find items which saved time. She was patient with me as I have a difficult time making decorating decisions. Kris is also good at details which helped to keep me organized. She emailed summary of our meetings with "to do" lists. It feels good to spend time at home now and my teens are no longer embarrassed to have friends over!

The difference in the room is amazing. Because we have an older home with the joists and pipes exposed, we couldn't put in a drop ceiling to hide it all. She suggested we paint the ceiling area, and plumbing pipes, white to make it look brighter and larger. She also suggested putting in a new light. It's unbelievable what a different the paint made. The walls were painted a bright color and woodwork white. It now has a crisp, clean look.

Kristen is very professional and easy to work with. She has great ideas, is hard-working, and provides excellent follow-up. She helped me to ''spiff up'' several classrooms in my work area, and since we're a non-profit, she didn't charge me for the first visit. I'll definitely hire her in the future as a paid consultant!

Kris is a delight to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable and puts you at ease in what can frequently be a stressful and intimidating situation. I initially walked through my home to familiarize her with my overall decorating style. She was able to give me additional options on drapery installation that I had not thought of. She also suggested several painting arrangement changes that were helpful and offered ideas for how to change the look of the living room with only reupholstering either one chair or a sofa; options that were much more feasible than purchasing new pieces. Most of our time was spent in the master bedroom and bath where she helped in wall color selection. We discussed placement of existing pieces of furniture, purchasing new and curtain design. I received a write-up of our meeting the next day via email with all color selections and ideas that we discussed. Very professional, prompt, and a bargain at $25/hr. I highly recommend her.
