Milena House Cleaning

She is punctual,very friendly. She may come with another woman to cut down on her time at the house. For instance, if my home takes 4 hours for one person to clean, she may come with another worker and get it all done in half the time. I am comfortable having them in my home even if I am not there.

Angel arrived promptly on promised day. It appears that hedid a good job, however, I  could not see cleaned gutters so this is an assumption. For his work I paid an additional $12 for travel and a 20% premium because he charges that starting Nov. 1. My leaves are never down by the first of November. His charge was ridiculously high and his work was no better than anyone else I have used in the past. (They were all busy on the day I needed them) Angel is a nice enough guy but at his rates I won't be using him again.

Angels Gutter Cleaning representative contacted me soon after I left a message and we decided that Tuesday, October 6th would be an acceptable day for both of us. The gutters were cleaned of all debris and disposed of. After being cleaned Angel took pictures of the gutters and e-mailed them to show that they were clean since I was not at the property that morning. He also gave me a recommendation about some tree limbs hanging over the roof that need to be trimmed. The job was done satisfactorily and it was a pleasure to work with this company. I will use them in the future.

It was okay.  Some things they didn't do.  They didn't do walls.  I thought they did everything in the house.  The best part was that they did clean well what they did clean.  The worst part was they had a limit to what they clean.

I contacted Angel on the morning of July 20, and he was able to come the same day.  He was courteous and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing downspouts and gutters.

Angel came on time and began working immediately.  He cleaned the gutters per our agreement.  He was extremely professional and polite.  He worked quickly and took pictures of the gutters so we could see that he had completed the job as requested.  (Pictures were sent to us via Email)   I plan to call him again in the fall.

It went fine. They're pretty good. He was very courteous. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself. I think we've used them again. My husband has called them again. We have a pretty high house and it was not bad. He came out on time.

Great! Angel showed up on time and started work immediately. He was very polite, professional, and fast. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I don't remember, too long ago.  It was fine.

The service went great. Two technicians came out. They were nice and did a good job. They were good with cleaning up after themselves. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

He came very soon after the initial call, was prompt and is a very friendly and pleasant person to have working.  He was not sure if the ice and leaves in the gutter were  thawed on one side of the house, but promised he would come back if he could not finish that day.  He was able to finish and did a good job. No mess left any where, etc. i would recommend him.

I do not feel this was one of the better jobs I have seen on my windows. I would not use them again.

It went fine. Two of them showed up and worked for two hours so I guess that made four hours. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They worked hard for the entire two hours. The price was good. If I recall whatever they cleaned the floors with was sticky.

I met Mr Todorov at my parent's house which was where the work was to be done.  He inspected the gutters and pointed out places that needed to be repaired. There was some sagging on the front gutter. There was also a piece of downspout that had fallen off which he said he would put back. He worked alone. First, removing debris from the gutters (little maple trees were growing in the gutters!) He used a blower to clean smaller debris and washed the gutters with the hose, making sure all downspouts were clear. He filled a trash bag with the mess and used the blower to clear the rest of the debris. He worked quickly and efficiently. Total charge was $199 which I thought quite fair. He did an excellent job, was friendly and professional. I would definitely have him come again and would gladly recommend him to others needing this type of work. Thanks, Angie's list!
