The person at the front desk was helpful. I did not have an appointment, but she got me right in, processed my paperwork, and got my check signed, so I could use it to pay for my new roof.

Jamie and First Horizon were recommended by my builder and we got special deals by going through them. Initially, I was very impressed. Jamie was absolutely on top of everything, closing was smooth, etc., however, I have now learned that once the home is closed on and the builder is out of the picture, the customer service goes out the window, too. I have corresponded with Jamie multiple times about converting a HELOC through them to a fixed rate, was assured that it would be done and that the paperwork would be on its way multiple times, and never saw a thing. Clearly they are only interested in doing a good job to get your business, not to keep it.

Andy is great to work with. Either he or Vickie (his processor) are easy to reach. Andy answered all of the questions I had throughout the process and was very patient. This is the second time I have used him for a mortgage and trust him. Multiple members of my family also have used him. He takes time to answer any questions and is very upfront.
