Mechanical Restorations

Have used Mechanical Restoration for over ten years and couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Everything went well, considering that my house is a Frankenstein. The new Pex lines are soo much better than all the plumbing we took out (which consisted of lead, galvanized, black iron, copper and plastic ~ LOL)... what a mess it was... so much better now.
Jeff was very good at communications and he stayed late until the job was done. Also, he was very nice to make a follow-up call too.

The floors were uneven throughout the entire home.  He tore out the floor and installed a brand new floor. He did a heck of a job and went above and beyond plumbing work.  It took two weeks for the entire job and he did a lot of work.  He communicated very well, would ask for our input, and even offered to do food runs for us.  He was one of the most helpful people that I've worked with.  I got other estimates, but he did the job for half of what the other companies proposed.

Jeff was very responsive and went the extra mile in finding a hard to fit faucet size on our sink.

Jeff arrived on time with materials and his assistant, Danny, and they went right to work. They spent about two days at our house and only stopped when they had a question and performed all the work with very high quality and workmanship. The price for materials was high but Jeff makes up for that in very reasonable labor costs. He usually specs commercial grade equipment, so that makes for a higher material cost. But you get what you pay for, as they say. I will definitely be calling Jeff again for future plumbing jobs.

Jeff definitely exceeded my expectations. He was very honest and even made suggestions that ultimately saved me money in the repairs. He replaced the faucet head without any damage to the stone counter and even helped with an issue on the faucet handle. I had originally asked for just a quote on the bathroom water pressure issue as I was concerned it was going to be costly to fix. He looked at it and had it fixed in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again in the future.

I would give Jeff an A+ rating. He is a very good worker and he is a good person. He is very neat about his job. He is more than fair and reasonable. His travel charges are about half of what the plumbers in our area charge. He is just a wonderful man. He works hard.

Fantastic! Jeff Lee is the BEST and we wouldn't hire anyone else for the plumbing issues in our older home. He responds promptly, arrives on time, is friendly and explains everything he is doing, gets it done right the first time, never overcharges and is generally great to work with. Highly recommended!

He worked with us through another company, which we were very happy with, and then told us that he was going to begin working on his own. His prices are great, and he always insists on doing the job perfectly. He always puts himself out and is sometimes even a little too generous and goes out of his way to make sure we are absolutely satisfied. He will never leave us hanging, and keeps us well informed if another job is running late. He does a great job, and we have been very happy with him.
