They were one of the few that answered their phone when I was trying to find lawn mowing service. They were also priced reasonably. I received great customer service. I happened to see the guy mowing my yard one day and he brought up the subject about the frequency of mowing, since there hadn't been any rain in a few weeks, which surprised me. He could've continued mowing every week and made more money.

They did an awesome job in trimming 3 mature trees and removed several branches from a 4th tree overhanging power lines.  They did an excellent job in clean up and put wood down when they had to pull the trucks into the yard.  Very professional and courteous.    Would highly recommend to everyone.

My experience was really good. It went amazingly well. I watched them when they cut one part loose and it's swung in the air and didn't it anything and I was amazed that it was tied off with a rope. They climb, they don't use a bunch of trucks and they use ropes. One of my neighbors actually came out and was saying "are you sure you're okay up there?" and he goes "yeah, I'm just having the time of my life." They quoted it in the middle of January and I finally called them to come and do it like the end of February. The quote I got was $600 and the other two quotes I had through Angie's List people were $1000 and $1200. It did take a while to give a quote and they did take a while to get back.

It went great.  They were here at 8:30am, went right to work. Were completely done by 1:30,  Cleaned up all tree limbs and the yard looked great.   I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

They drove by and did an estimate (we didn't need to be home for them to do that), showed up when they said they would, did the job neatly and quickly, and sent us a bill a few days later.  No muss and fuss.
We asked if they'd leave some of the chippings from the ground stump so we could use it as mulch, and they did so, leaving a tidy pile of it on the driveway where we could get at it easily.

The job was done within a few days of me approving thier estimate, Grinding the stump was done on a separarte day. I hardly knew thew were there. They invoiced me for the work.

They showed up on time and simply stated, the work was done to great satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

I had an Ash tree in my yard that was dead.  I had used McDaniels tree service before for another dead tree and shrubs, and they didn't disappoint.  Another company quoted over $1250 to cut down and grind a stump, while they did it for $150.  I called to get a quote, and a gentleman stopped by within a day.  I was amazed by the quote (in a pleasant way) and called immediately to have it scheduled.  Due to rains, it took a week to get the tree cut down.  
When they showed up to cut down the tree, they were quick and professional.  My daughter (3) was wondering what was going on, and we stepped outside really quickly.  The man cutting down the tree took his chainsaw, and cut ring of the tree off (1 inch wide) before they threw the pieces in the chipper.  He brought this over to my daughter, and she was so happy.  Within 15 minutes of showing up, the tree was cut down and the stump was gone.  They spent more time cleaning up the sticks and sawdust than actually working on the tree.  They perform professional, quality, and cheap work.  I have told family and friends, and the only downside is that McDaniels doesnt travel to Fishers or Cincinnati.

Provided prompt, reasonable quote.  No extra fees.  The tree to be dead-wooded was not easily accessible by bucket truck - they had a climber do this.  The owner Chuck McDaniels was on-site for the work.  His company has done work for some other relatives as well who felt they were reasonable and did quality work.  I would definitely call them again . . .

The fifty-something year old maple in our backyard had to be at least 100 feet tall, and mere yards from our back door. It hung over the house, the garage, the fence, and was slowing making it's way into our neighbors' yards. If this tree had fallen it would have no doubt taken out our entire house. There was also the maple out front that was growing ever closer to the roof so it needed to be trimmed We had a few quotes done on our trees, but were still uncertain with who we wanted to go with. We had Mcdaniel's out for one last quote, and it was very close to two others and right on with another quote. Since they had more experience in removing dangerous trees, we decided to go ahead with them. We were told it would be a two day job and were fine with that.
They started work on 11/30/12 and finished on 12/1/12. They were polite and professional and cleaned up as much as they could. They left wood like we asked them to. The only problem we had was not knowing when they were going to show up, however it is partially our fault for not asking. We will be wanting our third tree down soon and will be calling McDaniel's to take care of it when the time comes.

They trimmed the trees back to our specifications, made suggestions, and cleaned up all branches that were cut. They were on time and had the trees done in the timeframe given. Additional requests, such as cutting trees up higher or thinning them out more, were met with no hesitation and the service performed. The billing was exactly what was quoted.
The workers with McDaniel tree service are very kind and courtesy as are the owners Chuck and Peggy McDaniel.

The trickiest part they had to deal with was the difference in opinion my wife and i had. I wanted the trees trimmed way back, and she wanted to salvage some cover. They did a great job of compromising. She and i were both very pleased with the result. They spent a long time cleaning up. They left the backyard cleaner than before they arrived. I was home during most of the process and watched them work from time to time. I was very impressed. Would hire them again without reservation.

Their service was good and they were courteous. They had to make a return trip and they were very nice about it. The price was excellent and they were very professional. I plan on having them return to do my backyard.

They came, did the work, cleaned up all the dead wood and left!
