Coty called ahead and arrived as scheduled, which is always a plus and not even close to always a given. He was knowledgeable and had materials to replace the ice maker with him. He quoted a price prior to replacing the ice maker and explained the problem and the solution, it was simple and quick. I will call him again as needed and am happy to recommend his company to others, he is the one to call!

First of all Cody called the night I put a request in for a repairman. I told him what I needed on 2 different appliances. He was here on time, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. It is always difficult coming into a new neighborhood, not knowing anyone and finding new “go to” people. I appreciate Home Advisor and their reputable contractors. I will definitely use again!

Cody arrived in time frame given. Called before he arrived. We thought problem was with our washing machine. Turns out it was our pipes. He recommended calling a plumber. Only charged us for the service call. Cleaned up after himself. Impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Would hire again and recommend the company as well.

Mr.McCollum was very nice. If he was going to be.a little late, he called and told us how long it would be. He was very professional , but friendly. He did our job in a timely manner and the cost was very affordable.

Quickly found the problem and fixed it. I thought l would have to replace the freezer but could as another company said it would cost $500-$600. It was not that serious and he changed me only $140.
