We were given Mr. Rodger's card on a Saturday evening while shopping for a new water heater. Called him on Sunday afternoon and he was ready to come over. We told him it could wait until Monday morning. He came at 8:00am. He picked up the new water heater and took away the old one. He replaced some pipes and the leaking shut-off valve. It was a job well done and we will call Mr. Rodger the next time we need a repairman.

We hired Ben's company to perform multiple jobs in our garage. His team always arrived on time and were always polite and nice to us (even when the kids got in the way). They removed an entire wall of wire shelves, old cabinets, and some pegboards from the garage walls. They removed mold-covered and water damaged areas of drywall and replaced it (wall and ceiling). Dennis took the time to point out an area in the garage where water was actively coming in during rainstorms. Ben always came by at the end of the day to survey the work that had been completed. One day the work didn't meet our expectations, and BEFORE we said anything, Ben said the work would be redone. We are planning to get an estimate for repair work on our roof from them.
