Mark is very knowledgeable about the market (especially Johnson County and the south side) and a great guy personally. I've know him for about 10 years and would trust him with any real estate transaction. He even sold my friends house in less than a week when another realtor had it on the market for months. I cannot say enough about his office and team. Simply the best in Indy.

The process & overall experience was great! Our home was listed & pended within 5 days. The offer on our home was more than we imagined due to Mark's knowledge of the current market. Mark negotiated on our behalf & we felt we got a great deal on the purchase price of our new home. Mark has an amazing team of people that work for him. Mark & his team were always ready & eager to assist in any way possible! We never felt like we were bothering him or taking too much of his time. We will definitely use Mark Linder again for our real estate needs!
