They are always extremely helpful. Mark suggested a great vacuum for someone with pets. It is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I don't remember exactly how much I paid for it, I think it was around $350 but well worth it. He threw in a bunch of bags. He educated me on which vac's last longer and have better suction and different aspects that would meet my needs. When my mom lived in the area se would go to his store for cleaning supplies and vacuums. It's a great place and the people are nice and take the time to educate you. I feel like the prices are very fair.

THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT VACUUMS. THEY SELL DIFFERENT BRANDS THAT ARE NEW, SO WE FELT THEY WEREN'T AS BIASED AS SOME COMPANIES THAT ONLY SELL ONE BRAND. THEY TALKED TO US PAST THEIR POSTED CLOSING TIME. WE JUST APPRECIATED THEIR ASSISTANCE.
