When I first came to the counter, I asked if I could get some help and was rudely greeted about where "over here" was. Then, when I asked to look at more than one watch she acted like it was a chore to bring me multiple choices. Finally, as I was fitting the watch, I asked if I could have another link added and she responded, " I thought you wanted it fitted." The two associates I dealt with were Lucy and Dawn. I certainly would never return to buy a watch from Macy's and am second guessing going through with the purchase in the first place. I should have taken my business elsewhere.

We purchased a new mattress & box spring in December. We have been sleeping on our new Sterns & Foster HOTEL bed for over a month now. It is wonderful! A huge "Thank You" to Wendell Mickler. He helped us determine which specific brand and style we would find the most comfortable. In all of our years of shopping, we have never received the combination of information and customer service that we received from Wendell. We only wish that all of our buying experiences through the years had been as enjoyable as this one. Wendell was extremely knowledgeable. He took great pride in wanting to make sure that we made the RIGHT purchase for our specific needs. Wendell was friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed working with him. We have already highly recommended that our friends and family visit Wendell at Macys for their future mattress needs. We actually did not go into Macy's to make this purchase on that particular evening. We knew we needed to replace our old mattress and we were just "looking". We really feel fortunate that Wendell walked up and asked, "May I help you?"
