BUYER BEWARE. Hired Maco Grahunt LLC (MCGH) for a complete roofing restoration. I had one known leak and ended up with three. They did not repair the leaks, just patched them. One of the leaks led to ruining my interior ceiling, because they did not even look at for seven months and then refused to fix it claiming it was due to my siding not a workmanship issue. Another roofer reviewed the area that caused the damage to the interior ceiling and said it was a workmanship issue, not a siding issue. There was missing flashing where the shingles met the soffit. And, the other two leaks that they patched are due to missing flashing as well, where the shingles met the soffit of the dormers. MCGH violated my contract with them because they were supposed to install flashing in all compromised areas. That roofer also said that they should have installed ice and water shield on an entire low-pitched roof area by the dormers, and they did not. This also violated my contract with them and is against Indiana code. That roofer also said that they should have repaired the source of the leaks, not just patched them because the patches will fail over time and will have to be constantly repaired. They should have installed flashing at all points where the shingles met the soffit. MCGH said their 10-year workmanship warranty did not cover the repair of my ceiling because it was not due to their workmanship, but my siding, which is in good condition. MCGH said the other leaks that they patched were also due to my siding. The three leaks that developed were due to poor workmanship issues, missing flashing......not my siding issues. MCGH failed to respond, at all, to my BBB complaint. I completed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney Generals office of Consumer Affairs. So far, I have not heard anything from them. I will have to bring them to small claims court to get the repairs done properly and have my interior ceiling fixed. The workers MCGH hired were substandard. They obviously did a very poor job. They even brought their entire families with them to work with them. Moms and kids were all over my property and my grandchildrens swing set all day long. I have also had 3 flat tires on my car and 1 flat on my riding mower from nails that were not cleaned up. Nails were found all over my road, not just by the house, because their workers hauled off all the debris in a broken down pick up truck that was overfilled with roofing debris. Nails were dropped all down the road to my house. I am still picking up nails by the house and even found coils of roofing nails in my field where they roofed the barn. MCGH per contract was supposed to provide a receptacle for the roofing debris. Instead, they had their workers haul it off in their broken down truck. Bryan, the owner of MCGH, tried to say they were doing everything they could to accommodate my problems. He kept stalling and stalling and did not look at the one leak for seven months. I was being very patient with him, However, all I asked for is a good roofing job and a roof that did not leak. He just wanted a 5-star review, which he would have gotten if he provided 5-star work. If you want to avoid big problems, go with a professional roofing company that backs up their work. Avoid MCGH.

This company is the best for me and I'm very happy when the job was done and Bryan will work with you about the price of the job he's workers Cody hunter and Allan are the best that will satisfy you about the job they have done for us

I can't say enough good things about Maco Grahunt and Bryan. I got hail damage several months ago and since I didn't have a contractor in mind I decided to wait and see the work done in my neighbors' homes. I saw Maco's yard signs outside the houses with the nicest roof and siding jobs. I stopped to talk to Bryan when he was talking to one of my neighbors and since then he has been very helpful with the claim process and has been always present to make sure the work done in my house is done properly and with great quality. We're very happy with the outcome, our house is beautiful and everything was done fast. Customer service was fantastic, Bryan is very responsive, kind, and always ready to answer questions and provide great advice. I wish I could give out more stars. Super recommended!

After a very strong hailstorm, everyone in my area was getting roofs repaired. A lot of companies knocked on my door but MCGH sounded like the right fit. I am very happy I went with MCGH. They really took the time to make sure I understood the process at each step, and worked closely with my insurance company to help get the best results. Bryan and Cody did an excellent job repairing siding and gutters on my 3rd story house. They were great at explaining what needed to be done and it was fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely contact them in the future for any new projects I have.

I really respected his persistence he was here every day to make sure he got it done. My awing was re-pained and shingles installed and repairs on the garage and a whole new roof placed on the home and garage.

Very personable, professional and easy to work with. Did a great job on the gutter replacement and cleaned up after themselves. They fit us in when we needed someone quickly. Highly recommend them.

Bryan, his wife Lori and the whole team were wonderful. They did a beautiful job on our roof. Initially our insurance carrier only wanted to pay for half the roof, Bryan took extra time to meet with the adjusters and point out damage they had missed to ensure our whole roof was covered. We were so impressed with him, his partner John, and his company, that we also hired them to replace some of our damaged cedar siding and paint our exterior. Now I can proudly say we have one of the nicest homes in our neighborhood!
