They came out the same day I called for an estimate. That might be the only impressive part about the whole experience. They gave me a mostly fair rate, but after all was said and done, (when the job was completed), it quickly became unprofessional. I have to the conclusion that there is ZERO follow up regarding proper and fair customer service in their business credo. The reason why I say this is because they left a huge deep ruts in our yard with their bucket truck. Even though we allowed them to go through the yard, they did not use the proper procedure in laying down heavy boards to support the heavy truck as it sunk down into the grass. They also should've known better because we had just had some heavy rain. After they finished the job, they quickly got out of there. When I called the owner on 3 to 4 separate occasions in the next several days concerning the damage in the yard, a woman would always take my message and tell me he would call me back. She even said that he would go by there and take a look at it. I am very unclear if he ever did come by to look at it, but even if he did, he never contacted me to discuss the problem. We are now faced with calling the landscape company to fix the damage because it's almost impossible to run a lawnmower or a riding lawnmower over the area when cutting grass. Lawn mowers are generally not meant to be 4 wheel vehicles. I am done trying to call them about the issue. It's obvious they ignored me and blew me off. Unfortunately we paid with a check and not a credit card. Just short of taking them to small claims court, or trying to send them the bill to repair the damage to the yard, we are at a loss. Customers beware, if they do any tree service for you, you could possibly be taking a risk. If everything goes well, that's great, BUT if something doesn't go well, you either got what you paid for or you got which you didn't pay for.

Had 2 companies quote job in August. Both were similar price, but Long Brothers' Tree Service said they could be there in 6 weeks & they were. They arrived with plenty of help & equipment and they finished in 1 day. Did nice job in general, but clean up was exceptional. 3 neighbors have used them since this work was completed. Only negative was some fairly minor ruts in the yard, but they wanted us to believe winter weather might suddenly make them disappear. Regardless of whom you hire to do work, if any of your trees are not close to the street or driveway, they will need to drive across your lawn. Be sure to have discussion with them about potential ruts, prior to authorizing work.

excellent -- they did everything they said they would do and did a great job of cleanup when done. If they had any questions, they asked what I wanted them to do. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them for any future needs

They were very responsive. They did the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up. The workers for very polite and professional.

You hear a lot of stories about tree services, many of them not good. BUT, these folks were outstanding. They came with full crew, all needed equipment, including stump grinder, and within 45 minutes had everything out, including grinding stumps, and left the area much cleaner than it was before they got here. Very diligent in their approach and careful regarding surrounding area. They shredded all cuttings, and did a complete sweep of the area. Could not be happier.

Firewood was delivered the next day after I called to order.  It was stacked where I designated and covered with tarps I provided.  The men also taught me more about which types of wood burn best and showed me how to identify the various types of hardwood.  I will definitely be calling them again as the woodpile gets used up!

This is the second year I use their service. Great down to earth folks. Friendly and punctual. Will continue to use their services as much as I can.

Very responsive. Came the same day to give an estimate and was able to schedule the job within a few days. The work was performed while I was at work and when I got home it was almost impossible to tell that a tree had ever been there. The cost is a little high, but other providers did not return phone calls. This tree was a hazard, so I am grateful that Long's was so prompt and responsive.

They were wonderful! They go the extra mile. They cleaned my gutters after they finished cutting down the trees. They cleaned up after themselves, you can't tell we had six tree's removed. They are professional, and timely. They will go the extra mile.

We lost a few big branches from our maple trees and called Long's tree service to get rid of the debris.  They came out right away and cleaned up the debris and used chipper to get rid of branches.  They were very thorough although pricey as we had already cut up the branches to be easier to handle.

They were extremely professional and very fast. The trees looked great after the trimming and the ivy is slowly dying allowing the trees to breathe again. I would totally use these guys again.

They were professional and did a great job. I really appreciated that they were timely.  They also did the work quickly and cleaned everything before they left.

It was getting toward the end of the firewood season, and we had almost run out of wood. I called Long's, and they were very responsive. They came out right after a bad snowstorm, with the entire back end of a pick up truck filled with good, split hardwood. Everything was cut in manageable pieces, and has burned very well. They unloaded it where I asked them to, and were very professional. I will use them again this winter.

Flawlessly. The family works as a great team. Highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great deal of work done by them, and we were very satisfied with their work, and we need to have some work done, so we got an estimate. We asked them to do other work that showed up as they were doing it, and he did not charge extra work. The price was very fair. It is a family run business, he is older, and he supervises his sons who do the work. They are a very nice group of men, and we were satisfied with their work. The trees were so tall, and I wouldn't want somebody in  a cherry picker to bring down that tree. Their competency, trust and ability to handle really tall trees is what I would recommend.
