HE DID A GOOD JOB. I'M KIND OF A HANDYMAN BUT THIS WAS A LITTLE MORE INVOLVED. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE'S A REAL NICE GUY, SHOWED UP ON TIME BOTH TIMES HE CAME OUT. DID SOME TUCK POINTING FOR ME AS WELL.
