"Customer was totally unreasonable. They expected their lawn to be cut every two weeks with an irrigation system and heavy rains. Everyone knows during the spring your lawn grows like crazy if it's treated and raining! Going two weeks without cutting it and expecting the lawn to look like a golf course isn't going to happen. 3 acre lawn with extreme trimming. $120 yard for $65! Customer was supposed to cut in between cuts. We explain to them that our company was a premium lawn maintenance company and we don't leave grass clippings clumpped up all over the place. We have a reputation to uphold. Customer was consistantly late on payments and never honored our contract. Customer initiated weekly maintenance to offset expenses. Still no improvement in payment. Late fees and finance charges were waived repeatedly with the promise to pay on time the following month. Homeowner hired us to do mulching and was extremely happy at the time with both cost and ability to get it done immediately due to ferns growing in. Bottom line is this customer was totally unreasonable, paid their bills late every month and in fact still owes $450 on a legitimate contract to this day. A red flag was the condition their property was and currently is in. Verbally abusive to both our guys and our office staff. Left threatning voicemails at our office. Both Drs. in the Greenwood area which is concerning. Very displeased with this remark on Angies list. Completely false. Bottom line, our company is a premium lawn maintenance and landscape company. If you want quality and the highest customer service, we're the company."
