Doing other work in the neighborhood the owner stopped by and rang my bell and asked if I wanted the tiles replaced. No charge for a service call since they were in the neighborhood. They would finish their previous job and arrive the next day at noon - weather permitting. Well it rained. They came the next day, at noon. They were prepared with the right color of tile, all necessary equipment and they began immediatly. When they found multiple additional shingles in need of replacement they did not increase the price but replaced multiple additional shingles. My pipe seals were rotted and that did cost $100 extra. I verified that the seals were in fact rotted and we were both supprised that they had not started to leak into the attic yet.
Well done, professional, timely, and well worth the, what I considered to be, low cost. Strongly recommend them.
