Worst move ever. They didn't verify the delivery address and arrived 3 hours late after 2 calls asking where they were. They gave us a price then added almost $700 after we were told we were paid in full. They had 1 mover that did almost nothing and was cursed out by another mover for his laziness. After complaining they reduced the additional amount to $351. They broke the leg on our couch which I repaired. They also broke our Christmas tree in half, the tree stand, and an antique gumball machine. We turned in a claim for $286 and they agreed to pay $55. They still have not sent the check to us. We were told to contact Trevor. He told us he would try to rectify our claim and call us back. He never did. When we tried to contact him again Mitzi told us to quit calling Trevor was not talking to us.

Their agent came to the house and was very prompt and professional. Once we got the estimate and scheduled, they were right on time for the pickup. They were careful with our items while loading and they delivered everything on time. They were professional and careful with the unloading, as well. The estimate overestimated the cost and they quickly and fairly reimbursed the difference.

The move, overall, went well. Problems and punctuality were minor in comparison to the over-whelming hassle they saved us for this process. People were courteous, professional, and helful when we needed extra explanations or work. One lamp damaged in the move, a few furniture scratches and wall scratches occured during both loading and unloading and delivery - no more than we expected and all were minor. No major complaints what-so-ever and we would recommend them to others.

Overall, the experience went well. They helped us move in April of 2010 and also in June of 2010. The second time, they brought our vehicles as well. The people are excellent. They did everything in a reasonable way, they always arrived on time, and helped us out with the moving process once we moved to Indianapolis. We had a grand piano, and they were able to lift it up and place it in our new home. We had no problems whatsoever with them and we're incredibly satisfied with their services.

They had to take apart a dinning room table and when they put the table back together they left out a board that made the table wobbly. I was able to find the missing board and put the table back correctly.

I found them in the Yellow Pages; they sent a guy to our home and documented everything in the house and gave us an estimate to pack and move everything. We hired them to move and place everything in their storage, and hold it till the home we were having built was finished. They allowed us to place additional stuff in storage.
