Home Building
We have had nothing but problems with our house. We have tried contacting him several times however he fails to pick up or repair any of the issues we have encountered. An example of some of the problems; they did not account for the slope, and our septic system is sliding down the slope, and our basement floor is starting to shift and crack.

Siding Service
We had to bring someone else out to our home to make sure that we did not forfeit our warranty. There were gaps in the siding. They were very nice and very prompt but the work was questionable.

Roofing
It went very well. We agreed on the price and that was the price he charged. They came on time, did the work, and cleaned up when they finished. I was well satisfied.

JOHN ALLMAN DOES ADDITIONAL WORK - ROOFING, TRIM, ALL CARPENTRY WORK. HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. HE IS RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY. HE MAINTAINED THE AREA, CLEANING UP EVERY EVENING BEFORE LEAVING THE JOB. HE KEPT ALL THE MATERIALS WELL PROTECTED.
