I had dozens of questions throughout the process, and Jim was always quick to respond and was very thorough in his explanations to me. He always wanted to make sure that I understood exactly where my money would be going. He also took a personal interest in making sure I was able to get the best deal possible without having to touch some of my personal investments, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Jim to anyway seeking a mortgage loan, especially a first time buyer who might have more questions than the average buyer.

Jim Decamp provided an amazing experience when buying a house. I wanted to stay with my local bank. However my Realtor sent me to Jim for a second opinion. I was amazed by Jim, he was able to provided a much better deal for purchasing a home. Jim took the time to explain my options and worked very hard to get the best deal possible. Jim even had a representative with me at closing just in case things were to come up. Jim stayed in contact with me daily and was always nice and professional.
