JESSICA O'DELL-YOUR CLEANING PROFESSIONAL

Jessica was our regular housekeeper for a little over a year to year and a half. she was always very punctual and consistent with arrival and departure times. However, the punctuality did not allow for much flexibility like in the summer when the kids were sleeping in. Her work was above and beyond and quot;averageand quot; for any cleaning service I've had. Her price was extremely fair and I always tried to pay her a little more than she charged for 2 1/2 levels, and 1,960 square feet. She was cautious around personal belongings and once broke a cheap vase. She was very apologetic and replaced it with a nicer one. She essentially became part of the family every two weeks, building rapport with the pets and the kids, my husband, and I. However, as time when by, she wanted to start organizing and rearranging our person belongings that were maybe thrown in a basket for simplicity sake. My kids have visual-spacial disabilities and cannot find items if tucked away or rearranged where they can't see them. It may look cluttered to some, but was organized chaos for us. This additional organization was neither an important or expected perk from Ms, O'dell. If we reinforced that we didn't expect this added tidiness, or couldn't find something after she cleaned, she would get a little defensive. I have bad allergies and clean was much more important then organized and pretty to me. any time we needed to skip a service, i let her know in advance. we were gone on vacation for 12 days in June and didn't need her services so I gave her two weeks notice since I knew she had other customers and had taken on some commercial cleaning work. She was back as usual in July. After that cleaning visit, I got a TEXT from Jessica stating that she needed to open up and quot;my Wednesdayand quot; slot and would move me to Alternating Thursdays beginning August when her kids went back to school. I'm flexible and told her that that was ok. Ten days later she TEXTED me 7/31, just a few days from her next visit, and cancelled my service, she stated she was downsizing and had too much on her plate. This was a total shocker and came when we were out dining with friends, just one day before my kids went back to school. There was no notice, no flex on the schedule, and very UNPROFESSIONAl. While she might be good at cleaning she needs some lessons at business etiquette.

I hired her for my mother. My mother was thrilled. Unfortunately my mother is moving from the area and she is like I'm so sorry I'm moving from this area because I've got this great lady now. She was just very thorough and pleasant and quick.

I am very happy with her services, and there is nothing that she could do better. I have been using her for maybe three years now. Her price is fair. I would rate her highly and would continue to use her in the future.

I had to fire my former cleaning service as they became very unreliable and started doing a very poor job. Their problem was that they hired people to clean and it was hit or miss depending on who this person was. With Jessica, I always know who is going to be there and that the job will be done, and done well.

I would highly recommend her because she used to be my personal cleaning lady. I use her to clean out all of my rental properties and she does a fantastic job. She is very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend her for any job.
