I purchased a home with a very small, one story living room and remodeled the home by adding a two story great room with a full wall of custom built-in cabinets. This was a frightening project for me because it required knocking down an exterior wall. Jeff was awesome to work with as a builder. He does exactly what he says he will do. I was very apprehensive about the project because you hear stories about contractors who don't return calls and who cut corners on the project or don't finish the work. I could not have been more pleased with Jeff and his team. They provide a very high quality building product.
Jeff was always available for questions and was very willing to work around my sometimes difficult work schedule. When I called or emailed Jeff, I always got a prompt response and a resolution of my concerns.
I highly recommend Jeff West as a builder. He was truly a delight to work with on this very daunting project.
