I filled out a credit card so I got extra percent off and they had a sale. I'd definitely use them again. They really took their time. I called somebody local, I was going to have them come out. They were really really good. At first I was kind of skeptical, like oh my gosh, what if they go out of business and I gave them a chunk of money, but they were excellent, really really good. The lady that comes out, she's a local person and she was really good to deal with. The workers I came in contact with were pleasant.

The process from purchase to pickup was great. First of all, JC Penny had some of the best prices on and highest ratings for nursery furniture. A similar nursery set at another baby store would have cost us about $1500! My wife and I have also heard horror stories about waiting months for baby furniture at other stored to get in. But, JC Penny got our furniture in a week after we ordered it! We also saved about $200 in shipping by being able to pick everything up at the store. When I went a picked it up, the women who helped me were cheerful and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!

It went very well. One item was not in stock and we were given an available date. Got a call about a week earlier than expected that the item is available and the customer service person was very cordial and explained how the delivery, etc., would be set up. An overall good experience.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy at all. We got a beautiful table and chairs at a reasonable price.

DEBRA SHAW WAS VERY CORDIAL, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I LIKE TO STICK WITH A SALES PERSON AND I WILL CONTINUE TO GO BACK TO DEBRA.

I HAVE GONE TO JAY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD HAIRCUT, SHE KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO CUT AND STYLE MY HAIR.
