They said they only guaranteed their work for 6 months. I took the broken necklace to another jeweler who examined the piece and I was informed that the space between the pearls was not consistent and therefore prone to breaking (poor workmanship). Jarod charged twice as much as the examining jeweler.

They were great. They were helpful and positive. They were not trying to push me into anything, I really liked that. They followed up and I was very impressed. They had check with the master jeweler to make sure they could do the job. they took pictures of the rings and checked with him. They called me the next day to let me know they could do it.
