Jim was patient and professional, and did a great job of discovering the issue - a splice in the power wire that had gone bad.  Since it wasn't feasible to run an entire new power wire to the outlet and I wanted to avoid another splice, he installed a second outlet where the splice would have been. He also discovered that the 1st outlet box was badly corroded and a hazard, and replaced it too.  The whole job took about an hour.  I would definitely recommend his work.

Did a great job, even went the extra mile when we realized the store we purchased the chandelier cut the wire to short. He went to home depot and rewired the chandelier for us.

I had bought the fan from a hardware store but had trouble installing it. I called Jeff and scheduled an appointment. He arrived 15 minutes early on the scheduled date. He had it removed and replaced in an hour. Did a nice job of cleaning up too. Definitely would use again.

He gave us an estimate which did include all final costs. There were no cost overruns. He arrived on the date and time he said he would and the installation exceeded my expectations. All work was completed on time and the job was very neatly done.

They did a really good job. The guy who came out to perform the work lives very close and he got the work done the same afternoon I spoke to him. I have not had any problems since he performed the work.

I called Mr. Fox on Feb. 27 for an estimate to install two bath fans. Mr. Fox came out later that day to give me an estimate. Upon hearing the amount I agree to the work. Mr. Fox came out on 2/29/12 at the set time and in about three hours installed both fan and did clean up. Much to my satisfaction.

I wanted a 220v outlet installed in my garage in order to use a compressor. I emailed Jim and literally within minutes he called me to inquire further on the work I wanted done. He came out, looked over the issue and we agreed he would return in a couple of days to do the job for an agreed price which would give me time to relocate some benches and tool boxes to accomodate the compressor. I had some of the materials needed and he knocked out the job within an hour when he came back out. Being new to the area, this is the kind of service I was looking for and any electrical issues will start with a call to Jand B.

Excellent, prompt, courteous service. I called Jim around noon, and he was able to assess my problems by 2 and make the repairs on the spot. Absolutely would use again and recommend to all.

Ever thing went fine. When he first came out to see what I wanted, we thought of a loud noise system, but am we just moved the bedroom phone/answering machine. Whole service call lasted less than an hour but I needed an experienced someone who knew what he was doing. His first comment when he saw our old phone on the wall was "a rotary phone. I haven't seen one of those in years." He also increased the volume of the phone ring.

Jim Fox was very punctual and very responsive to my need. He worked very efficiently, and was very clean and neat. He replaced my garbage disposal with a 5/8 HP unit that works much better than my previous one. His price for both parts and labor were very reasonable.

Extremely smoothly. He looked at all areas, gave his recommendations for what would work, look the best, and be cost effective; and then went out and bought all materials and did the work. He was great- he was quick and efficient- did it all in a day- and left nothing at all for me to clean up when he was done. I will definitely use him again!!
