They were very accommodating, they made sure to give me plenty of options and made sure I was able to hit my budget without compromising the quality of the ring I bought.

I took the watch in before Christmas and was told it would take longer because of the holidays and this type of repair is sent out. The stem and the crystal were replaced and works fine. What I wasn't happy with was they didn't clean the watch in general. I would expect at a fine jeweler that at a minimum the band would be cleaned as part of the repair job. I have never taken a piece of jewelery in for a repair and had it returned dirty.
On the plus side, the repair was complete in the time frame given and the watch I love works again. The staff were all very professional.

It went perfectly. No haggle, no annoying shop stuff, just great service. I had heard of them from a friend of mine. So I went to go check it out. I was excited to see what they were talking about. After getting there one of the girls helped me out right away. Within a few minutes we found the perfect ring. It not only was gorgeous but it was priced extremely well. I couldn't be happier, and if you asked Whitney, she would say the same exact thing. I will be only using them in the future. In fact while I was there I found out they can repair my watch and I will be getting my golf watch fixed by them as well.

Great, luxurious, high-end, fine jeweler with very educated and friendly staff.  Really like the family atmosphere and attention to detail. They offer a very high level of customer service and yet with no pressure to purchase.  We found them to have the best pricing and value comparably to any other similar style jewelry store.  My wife will not let anyone send her wedding ring out for repair or re-plating for fear they will swap the diamonds so we really appreciate that they have on-site experienced jewelers that can do work on the ring in-house.  We are able to get her ring re-plated and as well as have all the diamonds checked and adjusted/tightened as needed.  You will be hard pressed to find such a full service/solution jewelry repair, jewelry design, watch & watch repair, clock & clock repair, and fine gift shop all in very nice location.  They have a very unique selection of items from knives to Colts items, Pandora Items, interesting and unique bridal gifts, custom jewelry, many other things.  I also have a very fine watch case on order to house my addiction and love for watches.

They will be the only jeweler I will ever entrust my valuables with again. They are trustworthy, true to their word on pricing, timely and go above and beyond when dealing with individuals that have sentimental attachments such as myself.

They do beautiful work. The store is beautiful also. They are very nice and helpful.

The ring looks good and fits perfectly now. I was a little nervous at first because the lady who took the ring and gave the quote originally quoted only $20. We were surprised it was so cheap and mentioned that it was a platinum ring. She admitted that she had thought it was white gold. I believe they would have caught the mistake when they went to do the work, but it was a little disconcerting that she couldn't tell platinum from white gold. Overall the work was good and they even had the ring ready early so I could pick up before going out of town.

All of the work was completed within a 5 day period. All three rings were polished and cleaned even though I had not asked them to do so. It was a nice little extra! The broken ring was made a half size larger at my request. The workmanship was excellent. You could not tell it had ever been damaged.

The company is no longer on Madison Ave. It is now located on US 135 just South of County Line Rd. Repaired item as requested.

NEEDED TO HAVE HOOP REPLACED TO FIT LARGER CHAIN. STORE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. PROMISED BACK IN ONE WEEK. CROSS WAS ACTUALLY READY IN 5 DAYS AND WAS TO MY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS. WILL USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE. FAMILY OWNED AND THE OWNER DOES MOST OF THE REPAIRS HIMSELF. VERY NICE SHOP AND THEY ALSO HAVE BEAUTIFUL THINGS.
