We had several plumbing needs when we purchased our new home. Indy Jones was responsive and performed excellent work. They were great at communicating the problems and cost to fix. I will be using again for future plumbing needs.

Outstanding! Bob Jones worked very efficiently and brought a lot of valuable expertise to the project. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. He had actually quoted $2,000 for this work, but charged less by basing his invoice for $1,788 on a time-and-materials basis. Bob will be doing the interior plumbing when the building is brought to the stage to be ready for the internal work.

Once he examined the pipe he informed me that trying to change a pipe that far gone could result in the pipe breaking. If that were to happen I would have to replace my whole water heater. Having just bought the home two weeks ago I don't have the money in my budget for a new water heater. He suggested that I let it ride for now and start saving up in the meantime. I very much appreciated Bobs time and honesty. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with plumbing problems to contact Indy Jones Plumbing. Thanks Bob!

Set up a time to come out.  Contacted on the day they were to come out to  let me know they were on their way.  Explained to me what was wrong in detail.  Fixed what they were supposed to fix.  Polite.  Professional.   Can't ask for more than that

As always we are very happy with their work. Our toilet was rocking and one of the bolts was loose. He was able to find the part we needed and place the toilet on the tile floor. No more rocking. Also, installed a faucet that we purchased and replaced the drain pipe under the sink. It works and looks great! They are fair, punctual, courteous and overall great people. Will definitely use them in the future.

They did a great job. No more problems with the drain. They were very professional. I've used them in the past and they always show up on time and do a great job. Will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend.

We woke up one very very cold morning with no hot water. They came that same day and got us up and running in no time. We have used them since that time for a minor repair. Will use again when needed.

The guys were very friendly and punctual. I had a shower remodel gone bad and had not gotten a good solder on the valve body. So, after I had pressure tested and tiled the bath, a solder joint broke loose and was leaking badly. The guys had to go in from the back side and remove the entire value body and resweat the joints. You could tell the difference when a professional does the joint works. Looked nice and clean. They wrapped up in about 2.0 hours and were on their way.

I have had so many plumbing items repaired by Indy Jones, that this entry is not really applicable. I can say that in all cases, they show up when they say they are going to, their estimation for the amount of time it will take to complete the job have been spot on, they leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived, they never charged anything and quot;extraand quot;, and they stand by their work.

I first used Bob, owner of Indy Jones Plumbing, when my sump pump quit working under my house. Bob was professional right from the beginning and quickly replaced my pump with one of better quality that was in place. He completed the task at a rate cheaper than what I had been quoted by others. So, when my water heater was leaking , I called Bob again. I was again treated to the same pleasurable experience I had the first time. He actually came and completed the job on a Sunday because he knew we were worried about the condition of our water heater! I have since referred Bob to a friend (who has used him multiple times) and a family member. Both were happy and thanked me for telling them about him. Bob has pride in his work and pays meticulous attention to details. If you are a picky person, you will not be disappointed with Indy Jones Plumbing.

Bob and his helper were very professional. They called when they were on their way and cleared the drain for me. More specifically they cleaned the laundry drain p-trap with a hand held auger and used a mid-size drain machine to clean the combination kitchen and drain. I was very happy with the service and how helpful they were.
