It was great. Mike really worked with me to find a car that I was I wanted and was in my buget. I told him what I was looking to pay and he went out and found it. The down payment was a bit higher than I ask for but he asked me if it would be ok first. And he worked hard to get the financing approved with the bank. He even dropped the price down to do so. I had seen a lot a couple car dealers recently and I felt like he was the only one that was actually interested in helping me get into a car that I could afford and wanted as apposed to just another sale as it was with the other dealerships.

I was on cargurus.com looking for a new car. I found a Mazda 3 that I really liked and at a price that I was comfortable with. I sent them an email to set up an appointment to look at the car. The day that I went to look at it the car had been sold that morning. I talked to the salesman about the cars that i was interested in. He was very pushy about me picking that night. Buying a car is a process not an quick stop off. He let me take a new Mazda 3 home which was $5000 out of my price range.
The car was great! It gets great gas mileage but too pricey for myself. Before going back the next day I checked back on cargurus and found a Mazda 6 that was in my price range but once again when I got there it was nowhere to be found. That was kind of frustrating. They weren't sure when it was sold. I the one that I liked and they did work with me on the pricing.

This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. I set an appointment to see a car and confirmed the car and the price. The car looked great and drove great. When we got back to the dealership and started discussing a deal the salesman asked me how I found the car and the price. I informed him it was on cars.com for $16,997. He informed me that price was wrong and I even showed him that price was currently listed on autotrader.com. The stealership refused to honor that price even after I informed them that is called and quot;Bait and Switchand quot; and is against the law. The salesman tried to blow that off and refused to honor the price. The rest of the experience at the dealership didn't get better. There are plenty of other dealerships in town, do yourself a favor and visit one of them instead for your next vehicle!

I found a used car on the internet and called the dealership to inquire whether I would be able to negotiate the price. The receptionist told me I and quot;probablyand quot; would, and she made an appointment. My son and I test drove the car, told the sales person we were interested, and he immediately began the paperwork. I waited for the price discussion to start, but he just kept filling out the papers. Finally, I asked if we were going to negotiate the price, and he said no. It was late, my son was in love with the car, and I had driven an hour to get there, so I sucked it up and decided to be quiet about it (big mistake). The car smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and we realized later that the door handles inside were falling off. We paid too much, but that's my mistake.
Eight months later, my son was pulled over and issued a citation for windows that were tinted too dark (which was there when we purchased the car). I called the dealership back and told them I wanted them to remove the tint and pay the fine, since they had not told me it was darker than the law allowed. They refused to help in any way. Terrible customer service experience. I would never treat a customer that way in my business. Buyer beware! I will never shop here again!!!

We recently returned the truck to a different dealership than the one we purchased it from because the one we went to initially had been sold. They gave me a number to call about the warranty refund. They made copies of the warranty agreement and the mileage of the truck. We were told we would get a check back from the warranty company in about 6 weeks. After 6 weeks went by I called Greg Hubler and at first he said he had turned the paperwork in. I called him again last week and he said he would get back with me but he never did. I then called the warranty company and they said the check is supposed to be cut by the dealership. I called the dealership back and Greg told me the warranty company is no longer in business even though I had just gotten off the phone with them. He made it seem like we might get a check or we might not. At this point the outcome is still uncertain.
