The had better hours so they were able to take me. My battery had died. They said that if I could find my receipt from the last time I had it replaced. If it was under warranty they could give it to me for half price. So they next day I took in my receipt and got my batter replaced. I would use them again in the future.

The customer service and overall service quality at Hubler Acura is top notch. Some services may cost slightly more but in my experience the first class handling they give and the quality worksmanship makes it more than worth it - and many common services are just as competitive as anyone around. I will continue to bring my cars there for service. Terrible place to buy a car (see related review) but amazing customer service.

I had leased a vehicle from them before and had to spend several hours haggling for a published lease offer. Nevertheless my patience eventually worked and I got the deal as advertised but frankly it was unprofessional of them to try to upsell a published deal. I should have known better because when I went back to buy a TL they had ridiculous pricing and made statements that were patently untrue. I did send them an email outlining my complaints but of course never heard back.
It's unfortunate because their service is so great for vehicles and I continue to use them for that - but I would never try to buy from them again and made a trip over an hour to their competitor on the northside of Indy and got a much better deal for the same vehicle without all the hassle and games. I'll do a separate review of their auto service which is impeccable and the most professional I've encounted in my 30 years of owning vehicles. Bottom line - they are the picture of stereotypical cheat you if they can car salesman.

Wonderful! Brian in the auto service was completely transparent and seemed to only care about helping me. He showed me the filters that needed replacing and even gave me a little bit off the price at the end. I will definitely use again! Did not feel pressured for unnecessary services. Thanks!

My experience there has been good. It is no hassle and when it got to the 3,000 check up it was cheaper than in Louisville for the same car. They are excellent.

We drove to this dealer after extensive research and for a certain model
MDX that we found on their website. After test driving it, we then proceeded to purchase it and trade
in my husband's car. That process took 2.5 hours. Then once my husband
and the manager reached a mutually acceptable price, my husband
initialized the offer papers and filled out the documents. There were 2 people
in front of him to process the loan. So he waited and waited even after the dealership closed. Once his
turn, the manager had already gone home. The price they had agreed on in
writing was no where to be found on the purchase agreement but instead 3-4k more. Our
salesman was very nice but had only been there 3 weeks. So they called
the manger at home and he said they never agreed to such price. We have
owned 11 cars (5 Hondas) and never had such difficulty. When my husband
declined the deal and asked for his own car back, they couldn't find his
2nd key. He got it in writing they would get it to him the following
Monday (which they did end up finding it and fedex-ing). A complete utter
waste of our time and poor business!

I managed to strip the screw on my key/remote so I couldn't change the battery. I brought it with me when I went to get my oil changed thinking I would need to buy a new one, but they managed to somehow get the screw out without damaging it and then went all the way to the Honda dealer to get me a new tiny screw for it so it is like new. They also found that I needed to flush my brake fluid since I had been putting off so I got that done as well.
They aren't pretentious at all about it being an Acura dealership while I have a low-end Honda which is nice since I prefer to go there since it is much closer to home than the closest Honda dealer.

We had a 20% off coupon that saved $360. It was a good deal. They did a great job and they gave us a loaner which is always appreciated. We had no hassles from them. They are personable. They know who you are. They are prompt and professional. I couldn't say enough good things about their service. I would even buy an Acura specifically because of their excellent service.

Kevin was my service advisor. Although I live in Carmel, I go to Hubler Acura in Greenwood because I bought my 2005 Honda Odyssey there (used) , because the service is consistent and very good and because when I need service and drop off the car in the morning, they give me a loaner. Very convenient when I drop off the car of my way to work.
Anyway, Kevin informed me that for the Honda recall, it would have to be done at a Honda dealership but he offered to take the Odyssey for me at Indy Honda. Very nice
Next, they diagnosed a defective starter, called me prior to starting the replacement and also advised me to change the transmission fluid (was about 30,000 miles old)
I must say that the follow up and explanations from Kevin were excellent.

Scott Combs at Hubler Acura is the best car dealer ever and we have gone through a number of them here. I would recommend him. I know nothing about Hubler Acura other than our deal with Scott Combs. We had been talking to him for a couple of months and we finally bought a vehicle couple of weeks ago. There were absolutely no pushy sales from him. He is absolutely informed; he is so informed about not only the vehicle we were looking at but also other vehicles that they don’t sell. He really zeroes in on the customer and listens hard, in between the lines of what it is that is going to make them happy. He is just amazing. We have recommended him too. He is the only person I would use. He is very good.

They're excellent. Every time you take it in for something they lend you a new vehicle while it's being worked on. I think the pricing is fair. The environment is very clean, punctual, and professional. It's a very good dealership. They are very friendly. They always follow up a service with a phone call or an email to see how they did.
