I got their number from a friend and called for an appointment. John was on time and very nice. He saw the condition of my carpet and recommended a scrub with another machine with a brush. He also recommended a Teflon coating that I turned down. There was no pressure to buy anything although he did recommend (the scrub) and I'm glad he did. He gave me the complete price up front and I agreed and he cleaned. He asked me if he could add a little deodorizer for free just before he started and I agreed to that also. At the end of my cleaning he handed me a bill and I paid it with a check. He instructed me on drying time and asked me to call again anytime.
