 + -1 moreOWNER IS A CHRISTIAN, EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH, AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THE CREWS THAT DO HIS WORK SPOKE VERY HIGHLY OF HIM.
Description of Work: NEW ROOF, (NAILED, NOT STAPLED) INCLUDING TEAR-OFF OF OLD, EVEN REPLACED SOME OF THE DECKING. THEY REPAIRED CRACKED VENT PIPES, NEW FLASHING AROUND CHIMNEY AND VENTS. ADDED PEAK VENT AND REPLACED TURBINE VENTS WITH LOWER PROFILE ONES. NEW GUTTERS WITH LEAF-GUARDS INSTALLED. NEW SIDING PUT ON THE HOUSE. WHOLE PROJECT SPANNED 8 DAYS DUE TO RAIN, BUT ACTUAL WORK TIME WAS 6 DAYS (2 DAYS FOR ROOF, 2 DAYS FOR SIDING, 2 DAYS FOR GUTTERS.)
