They always done great work on my cars, I've been going to them probably for twenty years.

They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price of 100.00 less than the dealorship offered. They also stated they put on a water pump with me paying only for the price of the pump...not the labor itself. They gave me a difinite time for me to pick up my car..and my car was ready even ahead of time. They gave me all the old parts to confirm said service was performed. Explained the whole process and provided my a year guarantee on the labor and parts. I was totally satisfied with the work performed.

They were really good. We like them. They seemed to be honest. They really do the work that they're supposed to do. We still don't have any problems with their work afterwards and if they did, I'm confident that they would fix it to our satisfaction. They always give an estimate. They're gonna take good care of you. When you use your Goodyear credit card, they'll give you a good rebate.

Their service was very good. If we have any questions with what they had done before, they are accessible and they don’t mind people who need information. It is a good place to go. They do what they say they are going to do and do it within the agreed time schedule.

They just charged me for the oil change. They could not find any other problem.

Our car was having some brake issues and we have spent quite a bit of money for it over a few visits. However the issue was never fixed. My husband said that they may have fixed some other problems, but the problem for what we took it in wasn’t fixed. The last time we took it to them we said that we were not going to pay them any more money. They used some analyzer or something and said that there was some electric issue and that they can’t fix it. So I am kind of unhappy with them and I won’t be going back to them.

Oil changes take about 1/2 hour. We have bought about 6 tires from them so far this year. They do a good job.

Tony was very nice and helpful. Although they could not change my insurance company for the service (which was related to a flood claim), they contacted them and explained the problems. This did prompt my insurance provider to reimburse me. My car has started fine since the repairs were completed.

We asked if they would look at the brakes, which they said they would do for free. They had a deal where if you open up a credit card with them they give you a discount. I did some research and found the discount price to be really good for those kind of tires, so we took the car there and everything was fine.

Have always had excellent work from here. The wiper blades were medium quality of the 3 types offered. These were the complete blades not just the inserts. Price was less then at stores. I highly trust this place. They do not suggest anything that is not needed. Have come here with what I have thought were problems. They have either told me it was not a problem or just corrected the problem with out charge. Other places could easily take advantage of this to do a service that is not needed. Example: brake light was coming on. The master cylinder was full when I checked it. They filled it with fluid, explaining that when off the fluid can drain back into cylinder. When doing oil changes they do not come out with "so called parts that need replacing" as quick oil change places do. They fixed tire that came off the rim of riding mower without charge. Wife just took our car in for an oil change. They reattached a piece of plastic that was hanging down in front with out even asking. She was very pleased with them. In and out in 20 minutes. They take appointments.

We have been going here for quite a few years and they always do a good job. I did get 4 new tires and the oil change. They are good and fast.

I was very pleased with the work and their courtesy. I had a problem with them some years back and was afraid to go to them until I found out the manager, whom I had the problem with before, was no longer there. Ed, the manager now, was very nice and understood my problem with them before.

EVERY 3000 MILES THEY HAVE FAITHFULLY CHANGED THE OIL ON OUR CARS. WE APPRECIATE THEIR OIL CHANGE CLUB.

OTHERS HAD QUOTED 350 AND 370. ASKED IF THEY WOULD BEAT THE LOWEST PRICE. THEY EXPLAINED THEY WOULD CUT THE LABOR IN HALF TO GET PRICE. ALSO, WE WERE RUNNING LATE ON PICKING UP THE VEHICLE. WE CALLED THEM AND THEY WAITED ALMOST 10 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING TIME TO TAKE CARE OF ME.

ASKED IF THEY HAD ANY SPECIALS AND THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD A MAIL IN REBATE WITH FINANCING. I SAVED 70 BUCKS! ALSO THEY GAVE 6 MONTHS SAME AS CASH.

BROUGHT IN CAR WITH NAIL IN TIRE, THERE WERE ALREADY SO MANY PATCHES IN THE TIRE THAT THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE PATCH, SO THEY DID PATCH AT NO CHARGE, MEMBER SAYS THE PATCH APPEARS TO BE HOLDING.
