They did a great job. I continued to use them (for) Spring and Fall trimming, mulching and bed cleanup and all that for about three years. They did a great job. Their work was great. Sometimes communication was not as good. Their guys were great, courteous and everything. Sometimes it would be hard to get a phone call back initially, but then once we got the ball rolling it went great. I did continue to use them. The other cool thing that they do is they will come and hang Christmas tree lights on your house at the beginning of December. Then they will pull them down right after New Years and store them for you. Then they will come back and do it the next year. I thought that was really, really cool. Their price was a little on the high side, but they weren't horrible. They demand quality. Once I would get hold of them they were there when they said they would be.

It went fine considering that we had a terribly wet month and the retaining wall was being built along a drainage ditch.  The patio was completed in just two days and looks great.  Just the right size for my small house and back yard.  They started on the retaining wall and then the rain came and hampered progress.  They even went to the extra step of pumping the water from the ditch so the base could be laid  I'm very happy with the retaining wall design and that I now have a level area along my entire back yard. The crew working was very professional and kept me informed.  They cleaned up the area and street every evening. It took almost the whole month of June to complete the patio, wall and yard grading but that was not due to any fault of Greenleaf Landscaping .  They were prompt to return to complete the final grading and seeding of the yard as soon as it was dry enough to bring in their equipment without tearing up the rest of my lawn.  Would use them again.    Felt the cost was more than fair for the work done.

          The job went very well.   After several days and all the rain, the dirt around the trees had settled and a tree had shifted. I placed a call to Kent.  He responded the next day and had his workers at my home that afternoon to take care of the problem and to do some addition work I requested.

          The initial estimate took some time to get, but, I was told up front since it was a busy time for them.  At the time of the estimate I was told it would be a few weeks before they could do the job.  Their estimate was much lower that the other 3 estimates so I was glad I waited. They came and did the job just when they told me they would. The landscaping they did looks great. Kent was very nice to work with as well as his workers.

I scheduled three trimmings at the beginning of the year. The third trimming has not been performed. I left a voicemail on Kent Fisher's voicemail and have not gotten any responses. I call his cell and it says his voicemail is full. I had trouble getting an estimate from him earlier in the year. I am not satisfied with the responsiveness of this provider.

They were great and very professional.

We've used Greenleaf for all our landscaping needs over the years and at multiple homes. We have found their service to be excellent, professionalism outstanding and quality very good. During the busiest times of the year, it can be a challenge to get Greenleaf to return calls. We understand their seasonal lapse in responsiveness to a degree. However, this lack of common courtesy has left us feeling like an unimportant and quot;small fishand quot; - despite our historical loyalty to this company.

Our most recent experience with Greenleaf was consistent with our prior experiences with one exception: the quality of planting material used was a couple notches below the Greenleaf standard we have previously experienced and come to expect from this wonderful company. Since Greenleaf is not a low-cost provider of landscape services, the decrease in plant material quality was very disappointing to us because (a) we had never experienced this before from this company, (b) we have sole-sourced all our landscaping needs to them over the past 20 years and (c) it resulted in a decrease in the overall value we received - which has been our primary justification for their higher pricing.

Mark Tucker has been our principal contact at the company. He has created all of our landscape designs, has great ideas and is a wonderful professional with whom to work. Once the details of the project and contract were finalized, the Greenleaf team was prompt and performed the work well. We've since had a couple of the plant material items die and Greenleaf has historically been excellent about honoring their warranty - free replacement - within one year of planting. We hope the same will be true with these items.

We currently have a pergola project that we will be bidding this spring. We will definitely include Greenleaf in our selection process and hope to be able to continue our long-standing relationship with them. In the past, we would have ONLY considered Greenleaf. However, because of our most recent experience, their exclusive position with us has been jeopardized.
