I visited Galaxy's office and discussed my needs with Chris Johnson. We arranged to have a technician visit my home. Brian arrived on the appointed day right on time. He evaluated my current installation and did some testing. He swapped out a faulty signal combiner, reconfigured some coax cables, and removed superfluous signal amplifiers. He took great care to make sure that everything worked as requested and that all work areas were clean before he left. He also explained in detail what he had done and encouraged me to call if there were any problems.

Chris came out for an estimate and really knew his stuff. He gave me lots of options and suggestions about what to do. About a month late I emailed him to go ahead with the install. He emailed me back very quick and we decided on a time. His guys came over and installed everything quickly and correctly while I was at work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any project big or small.

I contacted the office and told them what I wanted done. She gave me an estimate. I scheduled the appointment within 3 working days. They arrived and I showed them what needed to be done. They completed the job thoroughly and with concern for my expectations. Her estimate was accurate to the job that was done. Customer satisfied!

Roy came out and looked over my room and equipment and gave me an estimate on the spot. A few days later they arrived on time and were all very professional, careful, and skilled in what they did. The estimate was exactly what I paid. I would highly recommend Roy and Galaxy Home Theater for any of your Home Theater needs. I will definitely be using them again.

installed and found a problem with the system. they helped me get it repaired and came out again without further charge set it up and made sure i knew how to operate it. brian is fantastic!!! i will reccomend this company to anyone. i am very happy

It was a Saturday, 11/22/08, and the satellite company was unable to come out until that following Monday and I needed television service. They were able to send someone that could fix the problem. They showed up when they said they would and helped me out by restoring the picture.

Chris was professional throughout the whole process. Chris is very patient and sincerely enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge to bring you up to speed on the latest technology. He took time to let us know all of our options and the advantage and disadvantage of each. Working with Chris causes you to feel like you've got a good grasp of all the facts and options, kind of felt like a walking and talking Consumer Reports rep for television technology/sales and stereo home & theater. It really helped us in making a decision. We understood what we were getting and gives you a lot of peace of mind knowing you made a good decision. He lives here in and is based here in Indy where he does the majority of his work, but is in demand throughout the United States in places like Charlotte, NC and Florida.

These guys are great! They were willing to work with my existing equipment, and atypical setup and kept everything within my amateur-level budget. I loved the fact that they seemed to enjoy the challenge. They were also great with my dogs, which always rates well with me. It wasn't until the end of their job that I found out I was dealing with a husband and wife team. They epitomize all that is good in dealing with the small business.

They should have checked the cabling before replacing LNBs. Replaced expensive parts that didn't need to be replaced if cabling would have been checked.

Chris was excellent. He arrived on time and worked well with his partner. They did a great job keeping the wires hidden to keep the exterior and interior of the home looking good. They also did a good job mounting my plasma and hiding those cords as well. It was a tricky install because the TV hangs above the fireplace and is nowhere near an electrical plug, but they made it work! It was absolutely worth the money to get the job done right!

Although a little pricey, a great job overall. They came the same day I called them when it became necessary to remove & remount dish due to roof work. They also placed the dish in a better spot & got me a much stronger signal then before.

SUPERB! ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED TIMELY AND BY THE OWNER, CHRIS JOHNSON, WHO ALSO HAS GREAT EXPERTISE IN HOME THEATER. HE HAS CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE ALL IS STILL GOOD WITH THE SETUP, AND IS VERY HELPFUL WITH INFO ON FINE TUNING EVEN THE COMPONENTS HE DIDN'T INSTALL! HAVING USED OTHER COMPANIES PREVIOUSLY, I CAN SAY QUALITY SATELLITE SERVICE IS THE BEST!

ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE, BUT ONCE THERE CHRIS HAD GOOD IDEAS ON GETTING AROUND FISHING WIRES THROUGH THE WALLS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE ELSE. ANY OTHER WORK THAT I WILL NEED WHETHER FOR QUESTIONS OR INSTALLATION, QUALITY IS WHERE I AM HEADED.

CHRIS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SOLVED PROBLEMS I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD. HE CAME BACK AFTER EXPLAINING HOW A SWITCHER MIGHT HELP ME GET MORE SIGNALS BUT HE HAD TO ORDER IT. THE NEW DEVICE HE BROUGHT BACK DID NOT WORK SO HE REPLACED IT WITH A NEWER MODEL SWITCHER AT SAME PRICE. ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY DOES A LOT OF HIGH END SYSTEMS AND THEY ARE QUITE BUSY, THEY CHEERFULLY GAVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE THE SYSTEM WORK BETTER. WHEN I MOVE, I WILL DEFINITELY CONSULT WITH THEM AND HAVE THEM DESIGN THE AUDIO AND VIDEO SYSTEM.

HE HID ALL OF THE WIRING AND DID IT JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT. THIS IS A FATHER AND SON OPERATION AND THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY DO GREAT WORK.
