Great! Jeremy, Jordan, Jeff and their crews were excellent. Very agreeable to all that we wanted and went out of their way to be accommodating to us. We love the Shaw carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

They had unexpected challenges with the existing vinyl that was glued to the slab; but they took the time to make sure it was properly removed to give me the best finished product. Very hard-working with great attention to detail.

Floortech did a great job! Carpet is very high quality and the installers did a very good job for a good price. Friendly local business that worked very hard to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the process. They even installed before Christmas on short notice. Will be going back in the future.

We are very pleased with the workmanship on this job, as we have been the last two times we had Floortech replace flooring (carpet in two other rooms and a stairway, plus hardwood in our dining room). Everyone we’ve worked with from Floortech has been helpful and professional, including the installers.

Jeremy and his entire crew were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! They were always courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They kept in touch and let me know exactly when they would be arriving. I love my wood laminate floor and enjoyed working with the Floortech crew. I will definitely go with them again!

Job was completed in one day. About 320 square feet of old laminate flooring was removed and replaced with rigid vinyl plank. Both were floating floors, so removal was fairly easy, and no prep was required for the new floor, but still had thought it would go into two days. Workers were courteous and professional, and did a great job, working with almost no break to get it finished that day. Company followed up to inspect the work, and promptly handled a small issue we had with a transition strip. Floor looks great - very happy with it and the service. Price seemed reasonable - they had included a cost for floor prep, and when none was needed, immediately deducted that amount. They even worked with the flooring company to get a price that would match a promotion Costco had going on. Very pleased with this company.

Excellent service! Supervisor helped determine appropriate flooring choice. Installers were prompt, professional and cleaned up after completion. Floors look great and work completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this group for any flooring or tiling needs.

Great! We initially thought we wanted to do hardwood in these rooms. Jeremy came out multiple times and helped us understand that with the layout of our home and the location of existing hardwood flooring a match would be impossible and a contrast might not look great. Even though we would have spent more on the wood than we did with the carpet he was more interested in us being happy with the result. The installers were awesome! They did a great job and were really helpful and accommodating about the order we wanted the work done in. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family

We had a great experience with FloorTech in Greenwood. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were treated well, with all our questions answered honestly and up front. Within a week, the work was done -- admittedly, not a large job, but urgent -- and we are incredibly happy with it. The crew laying the floor worked quickly and professionally, with great attitudes. Finally, our FloorTech associate, Jeremy, was excellent from the start: genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us all our options and addressed all our concerns right away. We will go with FloorTech on future projects.

The worse experience. Have used Angies list for many jobs with success, except for this one. Floortech installed new laminate flooring that had defects from manufacturer. Floortech was very slow and did not back product like they originally stated. After 6 months and moving out of house twice, Floortech has still not resolved issues. Would not use this company ever again. Lesson learned - Do not pay in full until all issues are resolved. I'm sorry I actually trusted them to do it right. Seem very nice to deal with until you have issues. Have 110 boards scratched from original install. Suppose to replace entire floor and have repeatedly not showed up. Calling of course morning of. Have lost many days of work trying to plan for them to come out. Got tired of listening to excuses. Don't trust them anymore.

This job unfortunately had a lot of unforeseen issues arise throughout. And for that we can only apologize for the elements that we can control. If every job went this way we wouldn't be here today, but we will learn from our failures and work to be better.
