I judge title companies by how little work and/or hassle I have to go through with them. This was selling my previous home. Everything went smooth as silk, had no issues what-so-ever, including making sure my proceeds were wired within minutes of closing for the closing of my new home.

The seller was an absolute nightmare, but the staff at First American Title was absolutely awesome, they went through two closings with me, dealt with one of the most unprofessional selling agents I have met,and dealt with an uncommunicative seller. Their persistence and follow up despite some harsh responses from the selling agent, was well above my expectations. I would recommend their office to anyone without hesitation.
