I would rate them as more than perfect! They went way out of their way to help us, and answered all of our questions. We have never had such great service. We are very impressed with them!

We rented from Family RV rental for the second time. The first two days the TVs did not work at all. When we called to get help on this issue we were told he didn't know enough about it to help us and the guy who usually could help had throat problems and couldn't talk. We received NO HELP on this issue. We finally found a reset button and was able to get DVD system working but never got the cable or TV to work. We were told the awning didn't work unless we jiggled the fuse. The fuse box is under the front door on the drivers side just under the slide. After we had messed with the fuse box we lowered the door but didn't latch it. As we were bringing in the slide the door rose up and got caught on the slide. It got bent but was able to be latched. When we returned the RV we told them about what had happened. The owner said that had happened several times and had just happened a few days previous to our rental by their cleaning lady. We waited several days and finally she called and said they were keeping the $500 deposit plus needed another $93. I said I needed to talk to my husband first and I didn't want her to charge my credit card. RENTERS BEWARE: IF RETURNED WITH ANY DEFECTS THEY TEND TO CHARGE TOP DOLLAR FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!!! I left 2 or 3 messages so we could discuss the whole issue and no return calls were made. I didn't hear anything back until I received a letter stating if I didn't pay the remaining $93 promptly I was going to be sent to collections. I was also advised that I needed to go elsewhere to rent and see how others would treat me...That was awesome advise... I WILL NO LONGER RENT FROM FAMILY RV RENTAL AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER!!!
