Owner was very helpful and honest. He came onsite to check in on the team's progress and made sure we were satisfied. The team worked quickly and after the project was complete, you couldn't even tell they had been there, since they left no mess. I'd definitely use this company again.

It went great. No complaints. Despite recent rains, Dale was able to get us worked into the schedule quickly.

I called on a Sun. morning and my call was returned immediately. I explained what had happened, some roof vent had been blown off the roof. It had been put back but now the ceiling between the kitchen and dining room was leaking. Dale Urban came out as quickly as possible and put a temporary fix on the roof to stop the leak. He came back the next day with matching shingles and new vent material for his workers to install. Quick, efficient repair. Excellent customer service.

We had shingles blown off our 2 story house and called Expert and talked to Dale he was very professional. Dale was also very informative and prompt. The work was done quickly and without any hassle. Dale also worked around our schedule. A+++ business will use him for any general contractor work. We plan on having roof replaced in February and Dale will be our only call!!!!

As a result of a storm on Christmas Eve 2015, our home lost a large number of shingles.   After a year of being unable to get other companies to repair, I saw an add for Expert General Contractors.   One phone call to Dale fixed everything.  Super fast response and even faster service.  Dale called back the same day and within 2 days he had a team mobilized and fixing our roof.  I'm still astounded at how efficiently Expert General Contractors stripped and repaired our roof.  I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and more importantly restoring my peace of mind in one of life's biggest investments.......our home!  Whether the job is big or small I look forward to continuing to do business with Expert General Contractors.    

We ended up with Expert Roofing by chance, as we have home warranty insurance and the initial contractor bailed on us.  We called back and they sent Dale from Expert Roofing and we couldn't have been happier. Dale walked us through the problem and gave us some solutions with options. He is a true professional and after the initial evaluation, was back 2 days later to do the repair (and only because there was heavy rain the day prior). We will definitely use Expert Roofing for our future needs. Thank you, Dale and crew! 

It was very good and he was very helpful. He answered all questions, did a good job, cleaned up, and everything went very smooth. He took care of everything and I did not feel I had to watch him. I did not have to do anything. He did everything in the contract and was upfront about everything. I had no surprises. He was very professional.
